Staff were friendly, hotel was clean.

Parking lot was a little tight and there was no A/C in the room; was very warm!

Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast ok, but if stay longer menu could be longer. Pet friendly (10 eur for stay, could be less comparing to room price). Free hotel parking.

No air conditioner, no mini fridge (for us this is big advantage traveling with dogs). Bed should be more comfortable.

In a quiet street. Very good breakfast. All the furniture, including the room door, looked like it came from Ikea. Very modern, minimal and stylish. Hotel has it's own taxi.

Public transport a little sparse around the hotel but I had a rental car so that was no problem.

Far away from the hassle of city traffic, yet close enough to be easily and rather quickly accessible from the old town with the city public transport. Closed and monitored car park is yet another asset for those travelling with the car. Rooms are spotless and excellent value for the money.

Amazing shuttle service and accommodation. Good location, close to the airport and walking distance to buses that go into Riga center.

A very nice hotel for very little money. Location is quite good, not far from the city centre and the airport, but still you will need a taxi (~7 lvl) that is available at the reception. The staff was nice and friendly, willing to help. The bathroom was quite big and very clean. There was no hair dryer inside, but it was available at the desk. The beds are quite comfortable (well, compared to others :))Perfect choice for a one-night stand or short vacation.

I didn't manage to connect to Wi-Fi from my room, although the network was visible, so maybe it was my laptop's fault.

Bathroom was very clean and modern. The room is good and has enough space.

The beds could be more comfortable.

Didn't notice before booking that pets were allowed, so barking and drooling dogs were quaranteed. The floors were squeaking and even the quietest noises came throught walls.

Very clean inside, good beds, nice breakfast choice. Good secure parking lot. Got super deal with this site, can't complain. Good choice on a budget.

Sound insulation is near to nothing - you can clearly hear every word spoken in the next room. Area is not the best one in Riga.

My experience to stay in Best Hotel is very good and i prefer to every one that if they come to Riga they stay here in this Hotel. :)

Little far from Market. But young people doesnt matter about walk And there should be some guidelines for the new comer for the pleasure and amusement.

Hotel clean and well equipped excellent breakfast. City center 20 minutes by public transport (stop 100 meters from the hotel)

We liked this hotel! We traveled by car and we did not care how long to get from the hotel to the city center. But the free parking at the hotel we are very pleased! It is true in the late evening to find a free place was difficult. The hotel staff is very attentive friendly! After a couple of minutes we got room keys. The room is clean and comfortable, and warm colors. The beds are comfortable with good quality linen. Good sound insulation. I will consider this hotel in my next visit to Riga. Not rule out that it will stop here!

When we visited the hotel elevator was not working. (but was not installed), so soon this drawback will be eliminated :) The room did not have a kettle, and sometimes like a cup of tea before bed.

The breakfast was tasty, the room was comfortable, there was a possibility to relax outside the hotel (I mean terrace), the view from the room was relaxing because the hotel is located in the quite narrow street and surrounded by trees and gardens.

Only one administrator (the guy) was not enough friendly, we asked him where could we find the twenty four-seven supermarket and he only lifted his hands in dismay with the mien of indifference saying nothing.

Very bad service, when I and my fiance arrives to the Hotel, the Lady in Reception told us that the Reservation was cancelled, because he don't have any room for us. But we received email notification that the Room was booked for us. And the Lady on Reception told us we need to find other Hotel. :( So we can't recommend this Hotel, Personal was not friendly and the Hotel Management has not apologized.

Clean light room, good bathroom, fast wifi.

No hairdryer and sofa for the 3rd person was uncomfortable and too much fragile.

Very cheap, clean, staff helpful, Easy access using Trolley bus into central Riga close to airport. No lift at the time but one being installed.

Internet very very poor.

OK, basically good hotel, nothing special. Reception and hotel´s taxi driver were really friendly. Taxi driver share plenty of good travel tips with really good english.

The restaurant was really slow and service level was really poor and unfriendly (the person serving us was Rita). No smile, no greetings, no willingness to serve customer; it felt she was slow by purpose, since the restaurant was almost empty. Never again.

We made a reservation for three triple rooms (photos on booking.com showed spacious rooms with three single beds along three different walls). Instead we were placed in two rooms 2+1 (double with extra bed, small and stuffy) and one suite (a double bed and a couch, on which two children, boy and girl, had to sleep together). This was not what we wanted.
