The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They provided a packed breakfast for our early morning flight! We had a couple of other small requests that they were very responsive to.

The hotel has got very comfortable location: not far both from the airport and the city center. I would mention also its design attractiveness - very up-to-date and glassy outside and cozy and family like inside. One more important thing - very delicious breakfasts with a wide range of choice. I was rather displeased with a speed of Internet - it was really much to be desired.

Nice hotel, comfortable rooms No fridge, no microwave, rather far from the Old City. We stayed in January, it was raining, and the drops made terrible loud sounds on the sill. We didn't sleep well because of this. THe hotel is good but rhe prices are too high for the quality

This is our second stay at Hotel Best. We like the free parking, proximity to airport, free WiFi, overall good upkeep of the rooms and hotel. Generally very good value for the money. We have only very minor complaints--when we arrived there was a mildewy smell from the drains in the bathroom. The bottom sheet for the queen bed is not fitted, and not large enough to stay tucked in. We usually ended up sleeping on the mattress pad. . .

Creaking floor in neighbour room, bed work of sewerage in bath cabine, small bathroom. Toilet bowl stands only 6 centimetres from the wall!

Nothing special. Pk free (outdoor) and wifi. Location isn't good. Reception staff too serious and few helpfull, they sell maps of Riga!!! They don't give you one free map such as all others cities in the world!!! I haven't never see they charge in advance our stay in a hotel, when we did the check-in she impose to pay our stay. Incredible!!! I work as a receptionist and I know what I write.

We stayed in this hotel for a stop over. This hotel is very nice,10 minutes by taxi from airport and 20 minutes by public transport from old city of Riga. The hotel food is really good and reasonably priced.They have their own taxi and does not cost much.The room was good.

Excellent reception staff. Yelena particularly competent and helpful. The hotel is bit away from central Riga but is easily reached by very good, extremely inexpensive public transport. Very positive; would definitely stay there again. Please put hair dryers in the rooms.

Easily reached from the airport. Convenient parking. Decent breakfast. Attentive staff--the maid noticed that we had pushed our twin beds together, so the next day they gave us a double bed! No lift. No air conditioning. No hair dryer. No tea making facilities.

Mysigt hotel. Bra att man kunde beställa mat på kvällen. Utöver hotellets egna bussar var det bra med allmänna buss & tåg intill centrum. Rum och badrum rent & snyggat - men trångt. Svårt att sitta vid ett bord och skriva.

отличный персонал. отличное месторасположение. завтраки можно сказать супер!!! отель соответствует своей категории на 100%. все понравилось. отель отличный, но хозяева отеля при ремонте допустили небольшие ошибки. например ковровое покрытие светло бежевого цвета. и на нем ярко выражено присутствие русских туристов.

Понравилось все, встретили в аэропорту поздний прилет. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак.Комфортный , чистый номер, приветливый персонал. Рекомендую всем .

Дружелюбный персонал, удобное месторасположение, бесплатная парковка во дворе отеля. Очень маленький зал ресторана. По утрам возникает очередь из ожидающих место за столиком.
