I stayed second time in this hotel and this time my room was on first floor. So 6:30 in the morning I was awaked by full pallet of sounds from passage - you hear each step and doors closings.. When I wanted to drive from parking, stupid guy left his buss just on narrow way from parking and started bring towels to hotel. He could moove his bus for 7 meters and vacate way. But he was stupid enough to have such idea. After 5 minutes waiting I asked in reception to help me but small patient girl could do nothing.. Finally stupid guy finished his towel's bringing.. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spacious private parking is excellent for those who travel by car. Hotel's taxi service is also convenient and the price is really reasonable. It was a bit stuffy to sleep with the window shut and too noisy with an open one. |

Hotel staff was really nice and helpful, good value for money, comfortable bed, close to the bus stop if it is needed to get to the city center We had to walk through the entrance in order to have breakfast outside, the woman from the canteen wouldn't open it complaining she was the only person working there. Some days no coffee was left. Juice available was too sweet, we would prefer fresh squeezed juice or juice without artificial sweeteners. |

Excelent breakfast, Friendly service The room smelled a bit like mould and you could hear very clearly even the footsteps and talking from other rooms; both from above and sides. |

Much better than we expected from the reviews we had read. The hotel is good and the staff are most helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and eatable. The only downside is the distance from the old town, but the Number 8 trolleybus runs every half hour from early till nearly midnight and the hotel runs a really good taxi service. |

The beautiful receptionists were unbelievably polite and helpful and the breakfast was brilliant!! Well connected to both old and new town. The bathroom size is ridiculous plus toilet paper ran out on my second night there. |

The hotel has a convenient private taxi service for customers use. For a decent price you get from the hotel to city centre and / or back. When you're in the city you just call and the hotel taxi will pick you up. Common tourist maps of the city don't cover the area where the hotel is situated so a walk from the hotel to the centre of the city is a bit of an adventure. |

The attitude of staff. I have forgotten my camera in the room. I have noticed it right before getting the bus to old town. As I had been in Riga before and thinking that it is in safe hands I did not return to take it. I came back to the hotel around 3 pm for the transfer to airport. They have said that maides did not found anything in the room. |

not so far to the old city. It is convenient to reach Yurmala, Lido, Zoo by car from this hotel. Good restaurant. Good design inside. Good parking, wifi. No lift. Lift. Air conditioning system and dark curtains for rooms at sunny side. |
