The best Hotel in Riga !!!!!

- Everything is perfect - very good staff (transfer us from our 1st room which was for smokers to an excellent non-smoking one) - not bad buffet breakfast - refridgerator's in the room - 5 km to downtown (you can use free parking in Mukusalas street (near Akmens bridge) across the Daugava River) - silent district

- parking is not guarded, but everything was OK even with auto from Russia :)

Hotel Staff were polite, knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions. Junior Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent bathroom, big and with a jacuzzi. Nice breakfast. Would recommend !!!!!

Room was street facing, so noisy. Tea and Coffee facilities had to be collected from reception. Hotel was further from town centre, but a 20 minute bus ride was available from near the hotel.

Big rooms. Quiet.

TV does not have remote, we had to go to the TV for changing channel.

extremely good value for money. clean and ok hotel. beds, showers, and all other equipment is working, not broken, leaking, all fine. if cost is important, this is a good place to come. nice breakfast.

noisy heating system and too hot in rooms. had to turn down radiators to stop the flowth of hot water, in order to stop both, noise and too much heat. other guests in some other rooms complained about some bad noise insulation. we did not hear anything.

Very generous staff, big carpeted rooms and fast wifi.

Nice quiet location. Staff excellent. Fantastic value for money. Second visit and we will continue to stay there as we intend to continue to go to Riga.

The room was good and clean. When we were choosing the hotel we were looking for a budget variant. We didn't expect such a good room and service for this money. And thanks to a very friendly and helpful staff!

Silent location. Good relation between quality/price.

Shower are not good because water spread over the floor.

The parking is not safe for cars. The wiper was stolen from my car during the night in the parking place in the back of the hotel.

Hotel is located next to bus stop (trolleybus 19,24). It is really comfort hotel with big rooms and bathroom. Location is very quit and it is just about 15 mins to city center by trolleybus.

Very big room. A lot of space. Renewed bathroom. Really, very good deal for such a low price! :)

Friendly staff, just 15minutes to city centre by bus and bus station is located next to the hotel, large and comfortable room. The region, where hotel is situated is very calm, there is a parking lot near the hotel.

The hotel is very good and if you have car, it has a great value for money.

Really far from the old city and hard to get there without a map or gps.

Everything was good. Break-fast was ok. In room light was yellow and not white, so it was difficult to read or to do work. Ideal place who want to stay at silent place.

breakfast was ok, location is away from city center, so every time, you have to catch the bus or trolley.

bus/trolleybus station is near the hotel (1 min on foot) and it is to get the center of the town from here by trolleybus 19.

dirty wall-to-wall carpet and curtain, radoator did not work, so it was very cold.

The room is very pretty and clean. And the service and facilities is very good.

Location is not good. I have to take the bus 22 and then 19 to get the hotel. It is so far. Whenever I want to go to the center, it takes 15 minutes with the bus 19.

it was a 2-room room, quite spacy. a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa, desk, couch, TV (yes there's TV, but only receives channels that you can receive with an iron stick on a TV, not more :) internet had poor reception but kinda worked, for checking social network, mails.. it was clean enough. there was a mini fridge in the room (not minibar, empty.. for u to put stuff in it)

it was the weirdest check-in i had for the past 5 years that I have been on road and stayed over 20 different hotels, we arrived hotel at 11:00 AM and they said "you cant go to your room, check-in starts at 14:00" so I thought there wasn't a vacant room, asked naively, "so the room is being cleaned at the moment?" and the receptionists said; "no, check-in starts at 14:00, so if you want to enter earlier, you have to pay extra day, or you have to wait 3 hours"... LOL... extra day for 3 hours.. :D seriously... it was the most "un-customerfriendly" approach ever.. not in spain, not germany, not turkey, nor any other hotels in latvia that I have stayed so far had such weird policy, that really is saying; 'we love our strict fascist rules more than the satisfaction of our customers/guests'. in tourism bussiness, there cant be such weird military protocol. It was a great minus for a start. breakfast is poor, had only twice in 5 days, since it is all the same and really not much of a choice there. there was no iron in the room, contradictary to the promised room properties in the description.

Очень понравился номер - по акции за полсотни евро забронировали полулюкс внушительного размера с огромным санузлом и гидромассажной ванной. При наличии машины месторасположение не напрягает, до старого города минут 10 езды. Всё понравилось. Рекомендуем.
