i like the hotel it is located at the city centre, wherever you want to go it is just a short walk. also the hotel is so nice in terms of their services

Attractive, clean, comfortable rooms, with good soundproofing from the noisy street outside. Well-situated for tourists.

Somewhat pricey for a hotel with no gym, no pool, and no jacuzzi. Also, there was never more than one person at the registration/front desk. There's ostensibly a sauna, but to get in one needs to go to the front desk on a different floor.

Personnel, location.

Far to many surcharges (wireless internet, payTV, parking, etc) for a 5* hotel. Any other: malfunctioning aircon, heavy overpriced restaurant.

Superb building, breakfast on the 7th floor with panoramic view !! in city center

if they could better fix the items on the walls of the bathroom, it could be perfect.

The location

No airconditioning. Also you should be able to charge drinks etc taken outside, to your room

it was surprise for us, that there was not air conditioner in our room in 5(!!)* hotel

The hotel was fine by itself but I was expecting a 5-Star hotel standard (i.e. nicer bathroom, bathtub, bathrobe, bigger room, bigger TV, no charges for regular tv-channels, and so on). It might be ok for a short-term business traveller but not for a vacationist.

the staff were very helpful and smiling all the time. when we needed an iron at 9pm, they specially brought it for us. plus the hotel is really modern and in the best possible location- in the centre of Riga

at the breakfast buffett the service wasn't as good, there was a long wait for the cheese and other foods.
