Used the pool only once as at 15Lats (local currency) a visit expensive. Why is not the pool area and saunas free?

We thought we would stay at the tall building as showed on the picture. When we arrived, we learn there are 2 parts of radisson and we need to pay 50€ more a night if we want to stay at the part showed in picture. That's cheating ! The room is old, normal nothing special. €108 s night in Latvia for this condition house is just too expensive for its value. Not going there again.

One of the best spa in hotel I have ever seen. Amazing view from the room, comfortable bed, perfect location.

Bread at the breakfast was overbaked, so I could not chew grains on it. Check out took 10 minutes, could be stressy if you are in hurry to a plane.

Everything was on top level. I forgot my toothbrush and it was very positive that with one-touch service they brought a spare within minutes

In the cafeteria, the smell of oil from frying omelets is everywhere, stays in your cloths and hair.

Not to impressed with the breakfast

The level of room was upgraded, because they didn't have the standart rooms. It was nice that they have tee/coffee making facilities, even the wine glasses are available in the room, shampoos and body creams were of good quality. Nice room design of the superior room. Good food variety for breakfest and good coffee.

When you arrive at the hotel, they notice you that standart rooms are not renovated (! However in booking.com the pictures attached are of renovated ones!) and offer you the possibility to buy uprgade for 40 EUR per night. You have to pay for the room service additional charge, and the service are ensured only untill 23.00 (however the restaurant in the main hall is open untill 1:00)

Location, prices and service. Skybar view was very good, and I love the lift up with this view. Friendly staff.

Heating at the room, could not get it warm, froze all time when staying in room and in nights even I am used to cold winters. Breakfast was poor, bacon wa not good, egg to soft boiled, scrambled egg too bloated. Had a dinner buffet too, and it was not up to the standards I would expect of a premium hotel.

Excellent espa spa (especially 6th flore zone) with sauna, hammam, pool, tropical showers, hot bathtube and great relaxation area. Good breakfast and restaurants, fast free Internet, marvelous view on Riga from the 26th flore, user-friendly location (city center, old Riga five minutes by foot). Very friendly staff. Taxies are always waiting at the entrance. Also, there is an option to take a smoking room in the hotel.

Bar on the 26th floor has an entry fee 2 lvl, spa zone on the 2nd floor may be overcrowded, especially in the evening, but 6th flore relaxation zone and pools cannot be entered without buying of some spa treatment, which should be reserved in advance and is far more expensive. Any translocation of food and drinks in the minibar is counted, thus, do not intend to use it for storage of your own food and drinks. Generally, it is better to ask the staff to lock it already at the moment of your registration, if you are not ready to pay for the minibar. This is ok for autumn, winter and spring, but may be very inconvenient in summer. Also, it would be good to have a bathtube in the room. As a minor fault, of course, the construction of the building does not presume it, but I prefer to have a balcony in the hotels.

Having to pay for the spa

Room (12th floor), spa dep, a-la carte, breakfast, spa, stuff, room service, location, prices...will definitely come back to this hotel, to espa at the hotel and riga!!!

Everything was fine!

We liked very much the location in a nice area. Walking distance to the Old city and to the food market, and short driving distance to the airport. We also liked the very good breakfast, and the view from the Skyline bar.

Staff were professional and always willing to help. Location was perfect and had reliable cabs ready to take you where ever you needed to go for best price. Bars were fantastic and most importantly everything was clean

It is very bad that customers have to pay to enter the sky bar and to use sauna. I find it unacceptable. Since I stayed in that hotel many time before it was bad surprise to me. Never will stay there again and don't recommend to others. Charging the clients to visit bar and a sauna in hotel I consider as ripping off without any respect to the customers who are paying high price already to stay in the hotel .

Hotel is located in a central of the city and it has spa,casino and bar's in it.. You dont have to leave from the hotel if you don't want to :)
