Propreté (serviettes changées chaque jour), confort (chambres vastes et claires), situation (transports publics, supermarché et nombreux cafés et restos à proximité, accès facile au centre historique, quartier sûr et tranquille le soir), petit déjeuner copieux bien qu'un peu monotone. Seul petit problème : à l'arrivée, je n'ai pas pu me faire ouvrir le portail. J'ai beau eu appuyer sur la sonnette, personne n'est venu. J'ai pu heureusement trouver le gardien de l'immeuble, dont l'entrée est sur une autre rue, et qui a accepté de venir ouvrir avec sa clé. La même chose est arrivée à un couple (arrivé en soirée), que j'ai vu attendre devant le portail, et à qui j'ai ouvert ! |

Well located, 20 mn walk from the old town, a couple of nice place to eat and have a beer close and a Rimi supermarket, very quite place to stay, not noisy at all during the night Breakfast could be better with real coffee for example |

Location is ok. Whilst not in city centre, it's only 15 mins walk away. Good value for money. Decent breakfast. Rooms always kept clean. Ideal hotel for young travellers, stag / hen weekends. No complaints from 13 of us. No real problems. Wouldn't perhaps recommend the hotel for a romantic break or holiday with your partner, but for groups or a base for simply expoloring it's ideal. Don't expect luxuries for this price!! |

The Hotel Staff It’s little far from Centre and expensive hotel as old hotel, TV, all of them in Russians and the Only English is BBC with no clear picture. Also Be Careful here is no Transport Shuttle. |

The breakfast was ok and the blond girl in the reception. Location also ok! We arrived to the hotel when the electricity was down because of maintenance work outside. One of the girls in the reception was unfriendly and had a very poor English. The beds were noicy. |

Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption. TV mit deutschen Programmen. Internetverbindung erst nach dreimaligen Umziehen in ein anderes zimmer möglich. Mageres Frühstückbuffet mit löslichem Kaffee. Sauberkeit des Bades (viel Schimmel, ekeleregender Geruch). Bettlaken war vorne und hinten zu kurz. |

The location is good. Everything is in walking distance There's no elevator and it is hard to carry 30 kg of luggage to the 6th floor. Even the water didn't want to reach the 6th floor - there was really little water flow in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok and it starts in 8:00 (could have been at 7) |
