location is great

breakfast was a total disaster.But the main problem is being claimed as 4 star hotel hotel Riga actually is 2 stars plus

A bit dated which is not a deal breaker at all, just an observation. One shouldn't complain about the value for money.

The price for sauna was too high for a person travelling alone.

check in was far to late had to wait for 4hours untill 3oclock in the afternoon

Lobby bar was closed at 2.00 at the saturday night. I think its to early fore weekend.

The floor in the room was very dusty, can't have been washed for several days. Even though I mentioned this to the reception, nothing at all was done, no compensation either...

This hotel is a USSR era hotel,it liitterly has nothing in the rooms.The carpets are thread bare and the whole hotel looks very aged.The television has one english news channel,no hairdryer,very poor bathroom items (shampoo etc) There is a major problem with the drainage,the bathroom had a really bad smell...I stayed in one room at the rear of the hotel,which was so noisey it was impossible to sleep,I was moved to the front of the hotel,which was better,and the view was also much better...I have been to Riga many time and love this city and the people...but there are many hotels,much more comfortible than the Riga,which I think until it is renovated,has had its day

the obly thing I did not like - the annoying wi-fi connection what kept braking down so I had to enter the password pretty much every 5 minutes. all the rest was kind of perfect.

We didn't like the eggs at breakfast, normal scrambled eggs would have been nicer.

easy to find with a rented car

it is very dark in colours....sorry , the more that we have just been at a funeral , it was very dark and made us more sad, although Riga is such a busy and happy city .

Great location in the heart of Old Riga.

Time consuming check-in using out of date systems and paperwork.

Parking is far away and is paid. Instead of the promised crib Extra bed provided with which the child can easily fall.

Very reasonable place to stay. The breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. Kind of a run down former 4 star hotel past its prime but nice elements of former luxury. Very large hotel - great for wedding parties, but potentially too loud because of this.

The wifi was spotty. The carpeted well very worn and a bit of a tripping hazard. The hotel is past its prime.
