Good location

Nice area, well located, quiet, nice view to the river, bowling and other activities in hotel, good sauna with great view, good breakfast

Isolation between room door and corridor was poor, all steps and whispers was listened in the room. Some troubles with TV-s, No tv channels for children.

great hotel for business, city trip, romance/honeymoon, spa/relaxation, family, etc, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast, nice and clean room, especially top floors have view to the river and city - really amazing, parking included, wi-fi ok, we recommend !!!

Very close to Kipsala Exhibition centre as I was participating in the exhibition there.

Wifi in my room was not working well.

I liked very much the restaurant on the top floor with a grate view. The breakfast is very good The view from the spa

Friendly staff at reception, did lots to help with directions and tickets. Good breakfast, even at 10am it was very well stocked. Room had good view of the old town. Can walk to the old town in around 15 minutes, also good for public transport.

Bathroom could do with a shelf. Room did not have a safe.

Firm 4 stars. Very good staff. Everybody talk russian and english. Free parking place. Windows should be to the river - good view to the old city. Minibar in the room. Breakfast till 10-30 on working days and 11 on holidays.

Locats across the river from the old city. In windy and rainy weather it's better to take bus or troley to the other bank - the stop is in 3 min of walk. No slippers in the room. No sauna in the room, but I don't know whether it is in other rooms. Hotel reservs money on card for minibar (if you don't use it they cancell at the chech out day).

room nwas not too spacy, but it's ok. Also the location is not so near..we had to take taxi to reach the center

High rank service. Good location - ten minutes walk to the city center, one minute walk to the large shopping center. Very nice & customer oriented staff. Large & comfortable room, clean, light & warm, nice view to the city center & to the river; lovely breakfast with the things for any taste; free parking & free wi-fi; free sauna & spa (in the morning), free exercise equipment. Reasonable price.

Good price. Rooms are nice, tidy, big enough. With nice view of old city if you get room with windows in that side. Free parking, good location.

In the morning I wake up because of step/walking sound, so sound proof not perfect between rooms/floors.

When we stayed at the Islande hotel, we really appreciated the location (only 15 minutes from the Riga Oldtown by feet) and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is well-equipped and offers its customers all around quality service. With no hesitation we can reccomend this value-for-money hotel for your stay in Riga.

Clean, quiet, not far from the city centre (one or two stops by public transport). Pretty good breakfast. Nice SPA.

WiFi never worked in the room though the staff claimed it works. So internet access was only on the first floor in the lobby bar. The room lacks some simple things as chair, clothes hooks, shelves.

Very helpful staff - booked a restaurant and airport shuttle for us. Nice restaurant with river view.

Location- close to the Kipsala Exhibition Center. We were forced (other room were not available) to make an reservation for deluxe room. When we arrived we found the room very could for us (15deg). The main reason is that it has two huges glass walls. We asked to change this room to another one. We got standard double room whitch was divaded for two parts (actually two different room)- living and sleeping one. We were very happy as we found it better that the room we booked and it was warm enough! So we do not reccomend to book the deluxe room for winter time, when there is minus tempreture outside! The hotel itself was very "ok"!

The amenities were generally good. The food was average. The hotel was comfortable and Wi-fi was included in the price.

The locations was good, although in winter it is extremely cold walking across the bridge to the Old Town.

Poor rooms, the toilet wasn't so clean the first day.

I liked the location, as the purpose was to visit Fair. Otherwise the traffic across the river is quite terrible, so when just staying for holidays it would not be such a good choice, Free parking was good thing, also breakfast, but you must arrive early to have all the god stuff

Nothing to complain, except the TV was from last decade and choice of channels was...well...weird?

1) I have not seen in my life any hotel where the personell is especially closing (by keys going to the room) mini bar, just because of worry that I will not pay... 2) My colleague was not able to go into room (what was earlier paid already), just beacause she were not taken with her the passport. And to proof that this is right person who arrived was not able with credit cards name, or what else other document where clearly is written what person is arrived! This was fully bullshit! 3) Smoke in the rooms. Smoking rooms are close to the rest guest rooms and ventilation system move them in the rooms where is not planned to smoke... Nice?
