Hotel "scandinavo", ordinato e pulito con qualche tocco di design. Camere non grandi ma confortevoli. Prezzo decisamente abbordabile, compresa colazione che offre buona scelta sia "calda" che fredda Staff un po' "freddo" ed ambiente impersonale malgrado il singolare, a Riga, tentativo di creare un albergo a tema... islandese |

La posizione dell'hotel nella città di Riga è ottima ed il servizio offerto complessivamente è da ritenersi soddisfacente. Le stanze sono ampie e ben illuminate. Il servizio internet nelle stanze non funzionava. |

Hotel moderno, buona la spa (solo che è gratuita solo di mattina fino alle 11...e questo non è scritto nelle condizioni generali...poi costa 10 euro), buona la colazione.Camere discrete ma pulite, bagno piccolo.Mancano canali tv italiani. Un pò decentrato, cmq con un qualsiasi autobus pubblico basta scendere dopo una sola fermata (dopo il ponte) e si è al centro. Internet a pagamento. |

The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the old city of Riga. Being fairly new, the hotel was in good state with clean rooms etc. If anything, the bathroom was somewhat small. The washbasin being located between the wall and the bath made that I sometimes had to watch out not to knock the hairdryer off the wall. |

Hotel staff was very helpful. Excelent wiev to river. tasty and rich brekfast. Dirty spots on light carpet was not nice. |

Bowling is so cheap!! The taxi service of the hotel very cheap as well, a great option to go to the city. too less people, no ambiance at the bar or at the bowling |

The kind and service minded staff. The nice lobby with water torrents. The air conditioning of the room didnt work properly. It didnt seem possible to raise the temperature with the knob on the wall. |

Discounted rate. Breakfast was 'average' but acceptable. Room was simply furnished (Nordic style) but clean. Bathroom was modern. Location is fine, about 15 minutes walk to the old city. Various tv channels in several languages. The female reception and breakfast bar staff (female) did not seem to be happy and not as friendly as other European nations. This is not really a complaint, just an observation. |

Excellent breakfast. Clean and quiet room. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Not enough staff at reception at busy periods. Poor exchange rates. |

It was an excellent position with a beautiful view of the old city from the higher floors and 9th floor restaurant. The food including the breakfast was varied and plentiful. The position was good with just a ten minute walk over the river to the old city. Would recomend and would stay there again. |

I have been charged twice for my stay and still I have not got my refund I am not happy at all and I will never stay in that hotel in futur and will recomend to my friends to go there.. |

Very nice hotel, helpful reception, good breakfast. Rude staff in the restaurant on the roof. There wasn't cupbord or wardrobe for clothes in the room.Paid wi-fi. |

Proximity to city centre. Friendliness of hotel staff and easy access to taxi services. In addition, next door to a shopping centre but no noise heard. Noise from the mini bar fridge!!! |
