The sauna and breakfast We were only permitted to stay a short while in the spa area. It was Christmas Eve.

The spas and the pools, but they have many restrictions to use them (you have to pay an extra fee after 6 pm). Paying extra money for pools and sauna.

The location was the best. The package we received included pool and spa access. We were busy visiting friends and family and did not get to use it as much. Wifi was reliable even though they said not. Definitely stronger signal during the week when guest count dropped. It is a short walk from the train station and equal distant to the sea (yes we went there even in winter). Shops very close by as well. Rooms were very warm, staff extremely reliable and friendly. We had to call for engineering once and he came quickly and fixed the tv. Tv was a bit difficult and outdated. Wish the hot tubs were hotter! After being in the very very cold European winter during the day, I was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. The hottest it got was 33 Celsius. Still, very nice facilities. The breakfast didn't change daily. We were there for five days and a little variety would have been nice.

It was fine weekend, we with husband were first, we thankfull for lady, registered us, she was trying sincerelly to stay our car near hotel 2011 01 13), we spent lazy time, tried sea wind ,were dancing in bar, had breakfast(green salad did'n found in assortiment).Thank's

Stayed here before. As usual everything you could want. Very friendly staff, free cocktail, delicious food at reasonable price, especially for Jurmala!! Would recommend the restaurant.

Location & good parking. Old design hotel, oasis required renovation, hotel staff only few of them really friendly, Rooms very small, even the tv in your room was broken, additional cost to room for watching tv channels because all of them is cable tv and you have to pay for it, that means all channels is like that.

On weekend it was very loud music from the bar on 11 floor. At the reception they said the music will go on till 2 morning. So we had to move. Its post Soviet big hotel after not the best maintenance. I really did not like bathroom. It is dark and uncozy. Lots of russian people (по путевке).

Great spa facilities,pools,saunas,treatment areas ,postion was great as it was on the main street and 200 metres from sea The restaurant was slow and expensive-and the food was indifferent,tv had limited channels (6)and none in english

Good, big spa, Good breakfast. Good bed! Helpfull and kind staff. Old hotel, post soviet feeling, needs to be rekonstructed. Didn't like the pool-old, craudy and no kleen.

The staff is very unfriendly, are not willing to help, the price is high, the rooms need improvement, the hotel is very loud on a weekend, bad sound isolation, used to go to this hotel all the time, now will never go again.

Staff friendliness, spa facilities, nice location, reasonable cost My wife who stayed in Jurmala Spa enjoyed her stay, her only remark was that during 4 nights the floor in the room wasn't cleaned a single time

Good location in pine forest, close to the sea. Good breakfast, clean, well dsigned room. Price/quality ratio is acceptable, but only in one condition: You make a reservation via booking.com with last minute discount. Standard price is too high Old, strongly damaged towels in pool area. Very dark colour of these towels doesn't guarantee they are clean. No internet in rooms, only in lobby near reception

Nice view from room, fantastic location, visit to Sea Side bar is a must, good Spa. Quality of breakfast was disappointing, bathroom was a bit shabby, walls looked dirty and need a lick of paint.

*Friendly personal, excellent food, free internet in hall and room * great running along the beach and in the woods * great biking environment * good conference/meeting hotel *no free swimmingpool and sauna acces after 7PM for hotel guest ( only between 7AM and 6PM, which are working hours) * breakfast starts at :30, sometimes at 8:00 : too late for early births.
