Les chambres sont spacieuses, l'hôtel est facile d'accès, en plein centre ville de Jurmala, proche de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. Le ménage de la chambre est très très moyen, l'hygiène du spa est douteuse, le personnel n'est pas du tout aimable, pas souriant. L'enregistrement et le départ de l'hôtel : trop long, trop compliqué. Les prestations de l'hôtel ne sont pas du tout en accord avec le nombre d'étoiles affiché ! |

la piscine est un lieu de detente extra .le petit dejeuner, varié et original difficile de trouver l hotel ,manque de repère.le journal aurait ete apprécier. |

Le personnel était très aimable et répondait gentiment à nos questions. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et très varié. Il n'y avait qu'un seul poste d'Internet. Nous étions au 4ème étrage et il y a eu un soir du bruit jusque 3h30 du matin. Au petit déjeuner j'aurais apprécié des produits "light" (jambon, fromage, lait, yogourt). |

It was a good choise to live in a hotel Jurmala SPA - very very very good breakfast, free stay for children under 6 years and saunas, swimming pools too. Only one misurdenstanding - we arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening and there was no place at the hotel parking place for our car!!!!!!! We left our car in the street and somebody smashed it. |

Very nice hotel, large comfortable rooms. The entrance to the Oasis Wellness center is available for hotel quests free of charge only until 16.00 (check-in starts at 14) and you even have to pay for the towels! The spa procedures are also pricy. |

Good saunas I thought there would be a pool where I would be able to swim for exercise but the two pools were more for just playing around. Breakfast was not great and tended to be crowded. |

nice beach Parking was full. SPA customers fulfill the parking and there were no places for Hotel customers. We had to left our car very far from the hotel. |

The hotel is situated not far from the sea, in the centre of Jurmala, good breakfast, different spa facilities, rent of bycicles, we stayed there for the week-end, and really enjoyed our stay. |

The spa with five saunas and pool bar was fun. The fresh fruit juices were excellent and refreshing. Double bed had two matresses that would slip apart. ;) |

The best thing in the hotel was that Spa was included to the room price. We spent 5 hours/day in the spa, it was fun. |

The rooms were quite small but cosy, nicely decorated and the bathrooms were cool. The spa was also nice and relaxing. The breakfast was until 10 o'clock in the mornings but usually the staff started to clean off the tables and taking back the food at 9:15. That's wrong. |

Great saunas, pools and gym free of charge for guests until 4 pm. Perfect location on the main street and near the beach. Beautiful design of the public areas and the room. Worth a visit! No safety box and Wi-fi in the room (both available at the lobby). |
