Great saunas, pools and gym free of charge for guests until 4 pm. Perfect location on the main street and near the beach. Beautiful design of the public areas and the room. Worth a visit! No safety box and Wi-fi in the room (both available at the lobby). |

the room was great, hotel was great, location was great. Loved it :) strictly non-smoking hotel, we had a huge balcony, but we couldn't smoke there and had to go outside. Plus, there was a problem with parking on the days we stayed there. |

the location of this hotel is wonderful with just a short walk to the beach and great views from the top floor bar. pool and spa facilities are a real treat! |

Price-quality-relation is good. I was positivily surprised to have pretty good service at the reception etc. We had only 3 pillows in the bed..should have been 2 for everyone! (wasn`t so good at sleep with one) Paper in the toilet wasn´t enough!!! Breakfast wasn´t so fresh i think and there was little bit dirty overall. Coffee was good!! The Gym was oldfashioned but ok.............. |

Location is very good. Close to the beach and in the center of the main promenade. Too many services are for extra charge. Even for minibar key you must pay the deposit of 30 LVL. Most of TV channels for extra charge. Even if it was a SPA, no bath jacket neither slippers were available in room. The check in -and out took ages as the procedures were clumsy and complicate, the people in long waiting line were nervous. |

The hotel spa and the facilities to it was really great for relaxing. The town in itself is very picturesque and nice. At this time of the year (midsummer) it was nice and quiet and the beach there is awesome! Many nice restaurants, not all luxurious, but good value for the money. Great destination for couples, families and friends. The hotel staff wasn't all that eagorous in customer service. We arrived approximately at 11 PM, late, and would have liked to go to bed at once. It took an hour (and three changes of room and floor) before we got what we had booked. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything, but I guess we were more lucky than the couple after us, who didn't get at all what they had booked.. The hotel thus is over all quite good. Would rate it maybe more as 3 stars instead of 4. |

We had a room with a view towards the sea. The room was very tidy and functional. The SPA was great! Hotel breakfast was also very good. |

We especially enjoyed the spa area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also the bar on the 11th floor with a view of Jurmala and the sea was magnificent. The parking was at times scanty because the spaces were taken by locals using the spa facilities. |

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable, good service at the desk, superb view to the Gulf of Riga, Seaside Bar on the 11th floor has comfortable smoking room. Parking in private parking lot. |

Great spa treatments, and a very good restaurant with exelent food. The bathroom in the room was smelly and did not appear as nice as the rest of the room. |

We enjoyed the pools and saunas and the special service bar by the pool where we enjoyed a delicious milkshake! The staff need to learn to be much friendlier and make conversation with the guests. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is sterile and unwelcoming. Some light background music would enhance the mood. |

good fitness facilities, convenient hotel placement I didn't like the limited time ( from 8-00 till 16-00) for using SPA options, cold coffee and milk at breakfast, poor choice of free TV channels in the room |
