Location of the hotel is good.Jurmala is a nice place. The staff is not helping.When I was making my reservation it was written as bath or shower and I add a comment to have room with bath. They mentioned that they dont read comments and I have to take room with shower. Room cards didn't work seviral times.Mini bar was locked and the credit card machines is not working properly. |

The hotel is situated on main street, close to the sea. The hotel staff was very unfriendly. A tv was small, additional money was asked for most of the channels (news, mtv etc). For using the room was asked deposit 100lv and for minibar key additional deposit 30lv. There was unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Even in the superior room there was no bath, bathrobe, slippers. As reservation desk did not work on weekends, nobody expected us on Sunday. |

The Spa facilities were excellent, also the location of the hotel couldnt have been better! The rooms, the lobby and the breakfasts were all beautiful... A very lively and enjoyable hotel. Superb, would highly recommend this hotel! Our room was on the spa side of the building which meant it was very noisy due to the extractor fans over the spa. The breakfast staff seemed miserable. |

The pool and sauna area. Use of the pols and sauna area if free only until 4pm and even before that time they charge for towels. The taxis from the hotel to the airport are over priced. |

The room was clean and the size was ok. Very good breakfast. Good spa ! The service and the food in the restaurant was not ok . We had to wair an hour for the food,and the dinner was not all right. |

The sauna area and the pools were fantastic! We had a very relaxing stay at hotel jurmala spa! The breakfast was also excellent, very vast selection of food. |
