Great location in the old town. Friendly staff. Decoration is good. Breakfast was good too, but you have to ask for the free omelett. As the room was spacious enough, I'd have like a bigger table in the room and more furniture to put my things (there was nothing except a rod). Also, as not everybody if 1,80m tall, I'd like to have the mirror in the bathroom at a more convenient height, same for the shelf in the room (quite inaccessible for me). Also, the view advertised for the room is clearly not for single rooms. Last, no wifi access in the room in spite of what I was told. |

It was perfect, in the town centre at walking distance from all the major attractions of Riga. Room was clean, staff polite and the hotel was very quiet. The view from the room was great. Breakfast was a bit poor |

Staff were friendly. Rooms were small but very clean. I have been to Riga many times and was never asked for in writing my full passport details. I supplied my passport number only. We are supposed to be part of the eu and I see no reason why I should give my full details to persons unknown to me. Having said that, we reached an agreement and I did find the staff co-operative. However, I saw no sign of a 'sauna' in the 4 nights I was there and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. If you go there, ask for things, they will not tell you, for eg. Toast. In addition, I would not classify this hotel as 4 star, in my opinion it would be a 3 star. If you want a drink at night, I found they would did not serve after 11.00pm. Overall, staff brilliant and hotel spotless. |

Hotel is very clean and atmosphere is unique and comfortable. Breakfast could be better and staff should imform quests about omelets and other optional possibilities like porridge. Now they just stand out and look like bored to death. Beds in the room were like rocks, could be a bit softer. I don't think there should be need to save on toilet papers as well. So put atleast one extra roll to each room, please. |

The hotel was clean and nice and at a good place in the old town of Riga. Good food in the restaurant. Breakfast was not that good, but above the Latvian standard I think. |

Friendly service, modern design interior in an old building, excellent location in the old town For some guest, it was not clear that the free breakfast includes free omelet with bacon and cheese, if you just want to ask one. Staff could tell this to guests. |

Hotel was nice. They arranged transportation as requested. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice atmosphere Breakfast had a bit smallish selection when compared to what is standard in Finland. However all was fresh and good so with small upgrade to selection would make it perfect |

Everything was quite ok. But I liked especially decoration and cuisine in the restaurant.......... Amazing good! The bed is a little bit hard. Not a lot of choice for the breakfast, for example: it was a problem with a bread...! You had to ask for and they brought a very small pieces like for the children¨! Service in the room: you left dirty glasses.......nobody is cleaning them! |

Service levels (attentiveness of staff), location, ambience of the hotel and the wonderful Le Crabe restaurant next door! Unfortunately, owing to its location in the old city it was very noisy during the weekend and as the room was very warm, the window needed to stay open which didn't help. The breakfast wasn't that great either. |

The hotel has a good location and nice atmosphere. The hotel has not a computer/business center which can be used by the clients. Normally this category of hotels has one or two. |

Excellent location and friendly staff. We noted in previous reviews that there were problems with the shower. We experienced the same difficulties. Despite attempts to cure the leaking the problem remained. Room 315. |

Central location, nice rooms, quiet location except during the weekend Personnel could be more friendly meaning that they greet people when they are entering the hotel/restaurang. Taxis did not know the hotel. |
