Excellent location in the old town. Near to the main castle, the main highlight of the town.

I missed a small bar, upon arrival we had to go out again for a refreshing drink. Somewhat unusual for hotels.

The location cannot be better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. We will definitely stay there again.

EVERYTHING in the bathroom was not right: The sink and shower are leaking, etc, etc.

We enjoyed the stay.Nothing particular to say.

Water in a shower was going away very slowly.

The apartment on the highest floor for 4 people is EXCELLENT.

Guests are not valued as highly as one would imagine. The hotel needs brushing up - only intended for short-time visitors. The price is too high for what the hotel can offer.

The location is definitely the best ;) the girls at reception are very kind and helpful. Breakfast is fair.

Small family hotel with friendly staff. Clean spacious room with nice beds. Even possibility to use a fridge in the room. WiFi is a plus. Explanation of the rules of the hotel are clear. Price of the room includes breakfast.

The coffee served at breakfast is not really tasteful but considering the price of the room.... okay. Only 4 TV channels working.

Very difficult to find, road signs actually made it more difficult directing travellers in wrong direction, noisy at night with outside doors shutting and floor noisies and also with dogs barking. Easy to walk into local centre. Basic breakfast good value for the price clean and simple. Easy parking when located!!!

Signposts to hotel were very bad and misleading!

Small, cosy, comfortable, clean, good value for money, central location close to castle and city center.

Place for smokers are on balcony or just outside the entrance which means tobacco smoke comes into the room if window is open. The hotel could considering to move the smoking spot a bit further away from the building as the yard has plenty of room.

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié histhorique de la tsarine katharina très bien expliqué,mais en anglais, dans le livre qui se trouvait dans la chambre

La salle de bain;pot noir de saleté!!papier toilette par terre,pas de porte papier.douche fermant mal.chambre petite.Pas de garde robe;2 esses pendent a un porte menteau..odeur de renfermé .Nous ne comprenons absolument pas les 3étoiles....ne vaut pas 1étoile
