Hotellissa ystävällinen ja laadukas palvelu. Hotellin tilat olivat miellyttävät ja laadukkaat. WC/Kylpy- tilat erinomaisen siistit. Laadukas aamiainen joskin hieman suppea valikoima. Kaunis näköala huoneista. |

It was good value for its location and facilities and the staff were friendly and flexible. Shame the restaurant was only open to a private party on the night in question. |

The personel was nice and helpful. The restaurant within the hotel serves excellent food and the waiter speaks very well English. The hotel is located near a very cute small park and the little town itself is pleasant too, close to the city of Sigulda, ideal to get to the national park (ab 30 minutes drive). The room was nice, clean, charming. Good value for money. Unfortunately the restaurant closes pretty early (last order at 8 pm). |

Central location, really helpful, friendly staff, excellent restaurant at hotel venue. We had to check out rather early so we could not have have breakfast at the hotel, but at check out the receptionist surprised us with a breakfast pack with sandwich, fruit, water. |

There were smoking rooms remaining.Central & beautiful location - the view to the park was stunning! We could not eat at hotel restaurant because there was a private party. |

Perfect location, helpful and forthcoming staff, good breakfast. Overall, a decent basic hotel. Bathroom spoilt it a bit: rusty bathtub, one towel was dirty. |

bra läge. vi har varit i cesis med hjälpsändningar flera år. Förr har vi bott i priekuli och jurmala. Nu provade vi ett nytt hotell för oss och vi trivdes bra. |

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Die uns zugewiesenen Zimmer waren sehr einfach, besonders das von uns mitgebuchte Einzelzimmer. Bei anderen vorherigen Besuch haben wir wesentlich bessere Zimmer kennengelernt, sodass wir dieses Mal entäuscht waren |

La tranquilidad. La situación (muy céntrica, con un bello parque detrás). La cafetería, su servicio de comidas y sus buenos precios. También la amabilidad del personal, que no quiso cobrarme por el uso de internet (que era de pago). El reducido horario del restaurante. La falta de rampa para acceder (hay que subir unos escalones, cargando con el equipaje). La falta de ascensor. |

Hotellet ligger i byen Cesis som er en av Latvias turiststeder. Landsbyen har en flott borg og en koselig liten handlegate med torg. Innsjøer, elva Gauja og skogene rundt gjøre også besøket til en naturopplevelse. Fredelig og koselig sted. Parken ved hotellet med de svarte svanene som hekker der er et stort pluss. Det ligger også en stor lekepark rett ved hotellet. |
