The hotel is in a good location, not far from thre center, but it is not in the fashionable part of town (along the waterfront) and allows you to interact with the local public. The restaurant is quite good. The desk staff tries to be helpful, but is not well informed. The lack of information at the front desk. |

Clean facilities, central yet quiet location, free wifi internet access. Btw, the "noisy fan in bathroom" as someone else mentioned - just switch off the light, and the fan goes off as well, no problem at all. Breakfast was okay I think, but there was no mention of sign that you could, for instance, order omelette, at no extra charge. Good parking inside yard. Some facilities like sauna/jacuzzi were heavily booked, only one hour available in our 2 day stay when we arrived, so book ahead if you plan to use these facilities. No air condiition, but we didn't mind sleeping with an open window. Hotel restaurant on the expensive side with respect to Latvian pricing in general. |

Nice hotel, in center of Liepaja. Close to the beach (few hundred meters). Bathroom floor was not totally clean (several hairs on the floor, and the floor was a bit wet). |

Very clean well appointed hotel with very friendly and helpful Staff. Purpose of our stay was the Bohemians Dublin V Riga UEFA game in Liepaja. |

Stay here if you vist Liepaja. Some say it is not central but it is very near it, just by the main market and the hotel is very good, excellent restaurant, good breakfast and the rooms are of a good size and very well fitted out. The staff are attentive and helpful. Not far from the beach. the noisy fan in the bathroom....... where does someone not invent a quiet extrator fan or give the option to turn it on and off as required? |

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff were the best we've struck in the Baltics and the hotel itself was as good, if not better, than most we've stayed at for twice the price. The young man at reception was so pleasant and helpful. If you could bottle him and sell him you'd make a fortune. All in all, our stay was very enjoyable. |

Perfect room and bathroom design, excellent staff, very good location. Delicious food at restaurant Poor sound isolation, noises from hallway and stairs very clear. Breakfast could offer more variety (little bit scarce for 4*). No body lotion/cream in bathroom, just soap and shampoo. |

prima ontbijt! Bij aankomst werd ons medegedeeld dat het hotel vol was met een groep Turkse sportlui vanwege de Europese kampioenschappen mai-tai. Men zou ons in een ander hotel vlakbij onderbrengen. Hotel Helvetia. Een personeelslid ging met ons mee. Dit hotel had echter geen lift en men had kamers voor ons op de eerste verdieping, terwijl we aangegeven hadden dat enkelen van ons moeite hadden met lopen. |
