The location was perfect for the Old Town, and it was quiet. Some staff were lacking in people skills (poor training). |

Hotels location is perfect for city trip and the history is around you - everything in old town in round the corner. Specially Konventa Seta´s summer restaurant Jana Seta is nice, food is good and staff friendly. |

location in Riga is superb, can't do better than this I had a room in the 'appartment building', no elevator, two steps up and down, less luxurious I think, then the rest |

This is a real gem, situated at the best possible location in the middle of the old town, and still easily accessible by car. The hotel is found inside a convent and is surrounded by beautiful restaurants, little stores, small alleys and the towering churches of St Peter and St John. The convent itself is a prime tourist attraction and yet it is not at all noisy or crowded. For some reason, they did not want to accept my Diners card and I had to pay with Visa which was my second choice. My room was on the second building, on the second floor without an elevator. It was not a problem for me as I had only a carry-on bag but it could be a disadvantage for those with luggage. |

The hotel is comfortable, meals were of good quality, reasonably priced and available until late in the evening. Friendly bar where visitors can relax . Centrally placed for sightseeing in the old city. |

Excellent location and quiet, though maybe less so when the road reopens. Very helpful staff. Good selection of choices at breakfast. Thought we were getting double beds but turns out they don't have any. |

This hotel is situated right in the centre of Riga, the location is superb, the building is very well kept and has a very nice feel. Having previously travelled to Riga and stayed at other hotels, the Konventa Seta will be my choice if I return. |

It is in the center of the old town. Very good placed and near of all main monuments. It was a very nice hotel, but you have to know that it was a monestir. So the corridors and rooms have that disposal, but of course, everything is reformed. Breakfast very good. |

Staff were helpful. Facilities basic for a 3 star hotel. No phone, min-bar and TV was very small. I could not use the deadlock in my room either. The room was cold even with the heating on full. |

Good location, in old town. Friendly staff. Requested a quiet & smokeless room, got one. Easily accessible from airport with public transport (busses 22, 22A), with little bit of walking. Nice breakfast buffet. |
