Location was the best for exploring old town. Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and the entire facility was cozy. Difficult to access by car. The online site should offer better directions to get to the hotel. Add an extra pillow to the bed and provide better lighting in the hall. |

Very nice hotel staff, cozy and peaceful location, positive attitude to pets. It is not easy to drive to hotel parking by car, because too many one direction old town streets and seems to me we several times broke the rules and prayed not to meet police in our way to hotel. |

Nice quiet affordable central place , good value for money but at the upper edge of budget places , but a proper hotel style, some rooms have a bath, all have LCD TV with BBC etc and WiFi access. No regrets. Full buffet breakfast included in room rate. |

I particularly liked the central location, welcoming reception area and good choice of pictures and flower arrangmentsin rooms and corridors and restaurant. On various occasions card didn't work in bedroom door. Would prefer a key! Coffee and orange juice not very good. |

Breakfast was ok, the room (junior suite) was rather spacious, staff ok, location great. We had a kitchenette in our room but no kitchenware, not even a single fork or spoon (and we had paid for it!), neighbourhood was rather noisy (little bars on the street), no lamp in the room (one in the ceiling), so it was extremey hard to for example read in the evening. |

A nice convenient location, fine service, room large enough for two persons, the staff had a good mastery of english language The breakfast could have been a little bit more versatile, Eurosport -channel should be available without additional cost |

A lovely combination of comfort, location, standard, service and atmosphere. The many small yards around which the hotel is built give an added value of modern comfort embedded in ancient environment. Kind personnel, free internet, and clean rooms add to the good feeling. Real orange juice for breakfast will make this hotel perfect, and a breakfast until 11:30 (rather than the 10:30 existing rule) would make it paradise. Who wants to get up for breakfast at 10 am in a town like Riga, where a lot of the fun is staying up late in this marvelous city that does not go to sleep? But these are minor issues, and coffee out on town is a perfect alternative for late sleepers. |

The location was perfect for the Old Town, and it was quiet. Some staff were lacking in people skills (poor training). |

Hotels location is perfect for city trip and the history is around you - everything in old town in round the corner. Specially Konventa Seta´s summer restaurant Jana Seta is nice, food is good and staff friendly. |

location in Riga is superb, can't do better than this I had a room in the 'appartment building', no elevator, two steps up and down, less luxurious I think, then the rest |

This is a real gem, situated at the best possible location in the middle of the old town, and still easily accessible by car. The hotel is found inside a convent and is surrounded by beautiful restaurants, little stores, small alleys and the towering churches of St Peter and St John. The convent itself is a prime tourist attraction and yet it is not at all noisy or crowded. For some reason, they did not want to accept my Diners card and I had to pay with Visa which was my second choice. My room was on the second building, on the second floor without an elevator. It was not a problem for me as I had only a carry-on bag but it could be a disadvantage for those with luggage. |
