Your reception staff was very helpful when searching information of sights and other objects (Zoo, open-air museum). The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. Your offering for supper was expensive and there was no a choice of something like sandwiches and other "little eating". |

The staff was very welcoming and made the stay very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. This was my second stay at the hotel. I had a great experience during my first stay and returned to this hotel. I very much enjoyed this stay again. |

Courteous, helpful staff. Position of hotel meant only a 15 min stroll to the old town. Good wholesome breakfast with plenty of choice. Hotel quiet and discreet. |

Cheap price in this area and comfort, very nice administators. Wi-Fi signal strength was only 2 bars max (from 5), not very good. |

We liked the very comfortable bed (one mattrass over 2 beds), very clean room with heated bathroomfloor. Good location, not far outside the center. Nice breakfast. Quiet area. The staff was very kind and helpful but not always knowledgeable. |

Cozy like home, really close to the center (around 5-7 minutes walk distance), very clean and quiet. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Breakfasts are great! I do recommend it to everyone comes to Riga. |

The location of the Laine is convenient - Riga center is just around the corner. There is a free parking available when most of the other hotels offer it for a considerable fee. It is a quite, cosy little hotel. I liked it. The breakfast buffet waitress was too noisy looking after the restaurant area. The breakfast dishes were not being refilled on a timely manner; moreover I have expected more from the menu. |
