Lielupe Hotel

The hotel is really great, nicely furnished and obviously recently renovated. The SPA center is small, but cosy, and the pool is open till 10 p.m. We especially liked our room, as it actually consisted of two rooms, which is very convenient for families with children like ours.

There were no reasons to complain. We spent a great time there!

Nice atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness of rooms. We stayed on the 8th floor -so we had a nice sea view.

Atmosphere & Hospitality in whole made us feel being welcome, proud & special. We had a lovely time celebrating our 12 'honeymoon'. We were happy & relaxed.

the balcony floor looked really fray, and the room finnishing was poor, same as the cot for the baby, the bedding for the baby was far too big which was very uncomfortable

The hotel is just a short way from the beach. The restaurant on the 10th floor is quite cosy with a wonderful view on the sea.

It is located far from the city centre, so you'd better have a car. Breakfast is in general good, however, it is the same during the whole stay.

Breakfast was good, rooms was very nice and the restaurang was very good. We liked that pool outside. Short way to strand.

Hotel is far away from walking and shopping street. The birds was terrible and courses dirty.There was no open bar on the pool fast that is told in internet. Hotel looks old and needs renovering outside.

Tennis courts, pool area - in and outdoor. Nice restaurant on roof. Nice hering at the breakfast. Good that the hotel has safe and fridge in every room. Information at reception should be more available to the customers. A good idea is to rent out beach - mats for guests, as most guest arrive without this. They could also sell bading-rings for little children, and some beach activity equipment. Staff at breakfast room was very efficient and good, and the coffee and oat-porage was excellent!

Bad meat at the restaurant on roof. Bad light in the entrance where children should play - this area should be relaxing and nice - as the reception area! Very bad english understanding by some of the staff. The staff at the spa reception had bad service - should have a candle with herb scents at desk (with glass around to protect children), and move the drink automat (bad, blue light coming from the machine) - move out in the entrance to make it more spa-like. Please could you get them on a smile-course: you basicly need to like your job and like the customers if you work in a hotel service like this! If good service for the customer, this staff will get a lot of tip from the customers!!! Security: After cleaning once, our room was unlocked! At breakfast I would definetily recommend you to get fresh bread! That was a disappointment. You only provided white loaf og black bread - in scandinavia we are used to fresh/soft, corny bread with a mix, and and also croissants would be very nice!

Die Lage am Meer war sehr schön, auch die Dachterrasse mit dem Restaurant hat uns gefallen.

Keinerlei Service, nicht einmal die Betten wurden am nächsten Tag gemacht. Sehr unsauberes Bad (Toilette ) und ungepflegter Balkon.

Отличный бассейн, парковка, сейф в номере, чистота.

Завтрак не вкусный и однообразный. Интернет только на первом этаже. Далеко от центра Юрмалы, мало кафе. В день приезда дали скидочную карточку в пиццерию - там было очень дорого и несъедобно.

В отеле есть бассейн, что важно в условиях Балтики, когда в море купаться некомфортно. Вполне съедобные завтраки. Благожелательный персонал, Бесплатный интернет.

соотношение цена качество

завтрак: не вкусный завтрак. Такое ощущение, что ты попал во времена СССР. Разного вида выпечка и хороший кофе могли бы придать шарм отелю..... Холл отеля и место, где проходит завтрак совсем друг с другом не соотносятся.
