Very friendly and helpful personal. Nice, clean hotel and good breakfast. Sometimes smokey in the hall. One night very loud disco music from 24 till 7 am. Strange thing was that it was only one night. Never found out where it came from. Other nights were quiet. |

Staff were personable, friendly and helpful. Free wireless internet, and easily acessible. Nice spacious, clean rooms - with minibar. Breakfast is included. The atmosphere and decoration of the hotel. Most importantly, is the Hotel's location within the Old Town, making it accessible to all local attractions. Perhaps fresher/wider selection of bread for breakfast. I only mention this as there is a wonderful 4 storey mall down the street that has a superb bakery. Otherwise, I don't have anything to complain about. |

Small and cozy hotel. Temperature of heating system wasn't adjustable. Room would be more comfortable if it is possible to adjust temperature to personal taste |

Отель имеет очень удачное расположение, уютная, почти домашняя атмосфера, чудесные, оформленные в средневековом стиле номера. Да и внешне здание отеля напоминает старинный семейный городской дворец. Я давно мечтала пожить в этом отеле, и он полностью оправдал мои ожидания. Очень рекомендую для тех, кто любит романтику и старину, сочетающуюся с современным комфортом. |

Die zentrale und ruhige Lage zu den wesentlichen Anlaufpunkten eines Städtetouristen. Beim Frühstücksbuffet könnten die Letten noch hinzulernen. Das scheint ein allgemeines Problem zu sein. Die Betten sind ein wenig zu schmal. |

Hyvä palvelu. Hyvä sijainti. Hotelliaamiainen. Ikkunan alla menevä autoliikenne ja kortteliralli sekä baarista palailevat matkailijat kuuluvat hyvin hotellihuoneesen joten korvatulpat tarpeen. Tuntui riittävän liikennettä arkiöinäkin. Ei siis herkkäunisille ja tuskin ilman korvatulppia kellekään. Meluun saattoi vaikuttaa myös pääsiäisen alusaika. |

Koselig og tradisjonelt hotell. Rent og pent. Lite og rolig hotell som passet oss godt. Godt hotell for en grei pris. Det burde vært informert om at det pågår anleggsarbeide (bygging av et hus) kun noen meter utenfor hotellet. Vi ble vekket HVER morgen ca kl. 06:30 av mye støy fra maskiner og byggevirksomhet. Dette la en stor demper på vårt opphold. |
