The location of the hotel was really good. It was near rail station and bus station which we came from. From our room, there was a nice view of the clock at night. Also, all the places of interest were within walkable distance. The breakfast was good. The room was a little small and squeezy for a 4-star hotel. The design of the shower in the toilet was not very good. As a result the floor was a little flooded with water after we showered. |

Staff were helpful.Service was prompt.Hotel was well located. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. The bedroom lighting was poor. There was only one bedside table. |

Great location in Old Riga. Near National Opera, 14-plex movie theater and new Department Store, Stockmann's. They honored my "no smoking" request. My room was very clean and functional. Ask for room facing back so as not to hear street noise from trolleys. Need an American News Channel, CNN Int'l or FOX or MSNBC Only selection in English was Euronews which pretty much ignores the USA. At 53Lats, for twin bed room, this is not a cheap place to hang your hat. |

Central location. Facilities were very comfortable, including both our room and the breakfast/dining room. Only downside was the slight noise problem at night from passing traffic and trams. |

Metropole Hotel oli rauhallinen ja siisti hotelli, ei luksus mutta viihdyimme siellä. Voimme suositella myös hyvän sijainnin vuoksi. Vaikka hotelli sijaitsi vilkkaan kadun varrella liikenteen melu ei kuulunut 5. kerrokseen. |

Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Hotellets läge väldigt centralt. Trevlig bar och fin frukostbuffe. Priser i hotellets restaurang väldigt höga. Åtminstånde lunch kunde vara billigare. |

Vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Coffeeshop tot middernacht open.Zeer verzorgd uitgebreid ontbijt. Nogal sobere badkamer. Douche alleen afgeschermd met gordijn en geen "extra's" voor verzorging. Alleen wandzeephouders. Wel 1 strijkplank en ouderwets strijkijzer. Niet erg van deze tijd voor 1 4 sterrenhotel en neeemt bovendien in de tamelijk kleine kamer teveel ruimte in beslag. |
