I did like the way the room cleaning staff was working. They were unnoticeable but the room, i stayed in, was always clean and the towels were changed. Considering the cost of a room, it could be cheaper. |

The room was very big and also the bathroom, with new fornitures. Quite near to the old town. Breakfast buffet excellent. Wi-fi connection in the room was good. Our room, maybe, was not used since some weeks because we found a little spidernet on a lamp and when we open the water-tap the water flowed not clear. And for a 4 stars hotel this was a bit strange! But except for this, our staying was very good. |

It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were so spacious. Excelent facilities. Just one little tiny point, there was no tea or coffee facility within the room. |

The service was kind and punctual, room was very clean and when we had a problem with the electricity, hotel gave us a junior suite. we had some challenges with one receptionist's English skills, but nothing serious. |

nice stafs,good breakfast,elegant hotel... diner`s club card not accepted, but same problem is all in riga. cards logo on outside but when you try pay with, its not possible. the minibar is very expensive |

peacefully location, Poor light at the room (not enough for reading), to slow water flow into bath and slow outlet of water, additionally (after check-out) credit card charging for (not used!!) drink, not getting catering breakfast due early leaving. |

A localização é excelente bem como as comodidades oferecidas pelo hotel. Os quartos são espaçosos e a vista maravilhosa (parque). A Internet gratis também conta como um ponto a favor. A Internet, apesar de gratis, é muito lenta. |

sijainti ok, huoneet siistejä, modernit laitteet, Mukanamme oli iso koira, koska osallistuimme rigassa järjestettävään näyttelyyn. Olin informoinut hotellia etukäteen asiasta. Tullessa hotelliin vastaanotto oli kuitenkin erittäin epäkohteliasta ja koiraamme ja sen kokoa paheksuttiin suoraan. Maksoimme koirasta 20e(yleensä maksu 10-12e) sekä jouduimme vielä antamaan 60e depon, jos koira sattuisi tuhoamaan jotain. Kysyessäni miksi hotelli ylipäättään sitten ottaa lemmikkejä vastaa, jos ei niistä pidä, sain yrmeän vastauksen, että lemmikeillä tarkoitetaan vain pieniä koiria. Tämä huono alku sai pahanmaun koko hotellioleskelumme ajaksi ja emme koskaan enään palaa tuohon hotelliin. Ja suosittelen toisiakin isojen koirien omistajia välttämään tätä hotellia säästyäksenne mielipahalta. |
