- Location is close to the Art Nouveau area - Hotel staff gives you all the time for breakfast and not chasing you

- Quality of the beds was not great - Placement of toilet is very unlogical and irritating - Staff could have been more friendly, not really inviting.

The room, although it was the second one. The first room I liked less, but to change it wasn't a problem. The breakfast is excellent. The wi-fi worked well.

We had one set of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for two people for 4 days.

Very uncomfortable bed, especially for the suit. Only 1 blanket, very uncomfortable pillows. Very noisy in bedroom, the windows are old & there is no any soundproofing.

We got a free upgrade to a junior suit, because they couldn't give us a twin room as I had made a reservation for. Very nice rooms and clean. And the breakfast is good as well.

Loved the staff at the reception - friendly, polite, speaks Russian, not all, but still know. Do not really like the service at breakfast - we had to beg to give big spoons for cereal, and in general was delicious. Room like a comfortable soft bed, bathroom clean enough.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Riga near the park and Old Riga. Very helpful staff, especially Martins, Gatis and Andris at the front desk.

Nice spacious room, with smashing view of the park across the road. Pleasant safe 10 minute walk to Old Town through the park. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff most help full.

I enjoyed the size of the hotel (not too big), the location, the helpful staff, the extensive breakfast options, the evening gourmet dining.

I highly recommend this hotel! Romantic weekend in suite 301, beautiful, spacious and clean room with balcony and excellent views. Location is good; about 10min walk to Old town, stunning architecture, beautiful park and excellent restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is polite, helpful and speaks english perfectly. Just ask and they will help you in everything they possibly can. Free internet and maps in the lobby. Airport transfer stops just in front of hotel, how convenient. You can have breakfast in room; just pick from the list what you want and what time and they bring everything. Enjoying breakfast in bed free of charge is pure luxury!!! We absolutely loved this hotel, can`t even describe how much!
