It was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were so spacious. Excelent facilities. Just one little tiny point, there was no tea or coffee facility within the room. |

The service was kind and punctual, room was very clean and when we had a problem with the electricity, hotel gave us a junior suite. we had some challenges with one receptionist's English skills, but nothing serious. |

We had best room in the floor - thanks to staff. Good location in city. Very good rest in huge bed. Bath was leaking! |

nice stafs,good breakfast,elegant hotel... diner`s club card not accepted, but same problem is all in riga. cards logo on outside but when you try pay with, its not possible. the minibar is very expensive |

peacefully location, Poor light at the room (not enough for reading), to slow water flow into bath and slow outlet of water, additionally (after check-out) credit card charging for (not used!!) drink, not getting catering breakfast due early leaving. |

Friendly and helpful staff. We had some communication issues while paying and it was resolved client-friendly at 6AM. Good location. For my colleagues - cappucino was served as regular coffee in small cup as well as I suggest to have one music channel also in hotel TV system. |
