Nice cozy room (337),fridge,hot tub,polite reception staff,location -close to the train and bus station at the edge of the old town.Free Wi-fi. The security guy was from the USSR period.Didn't respect "do not disturb sign" on the door.No apologies and explanations after bursting in. A lot of door banging,and top floor roof thumbing going on,not the best noise reduction that I've experienced. Breakfast kinda modest and the buffet very badly organized.

breakfast is quite good. Staff is friendly perfect location in the city center, 5 minutes to the bus station and 10 minutes to the train station. the room is quite small and there is lack of space in the bathroom because of the column inside.

location is spot on. break fast was decent and plenty. Spa Suite was nice and decent Jacuzzi is clean and plenty of towels lovely woman on front desk should be more cheerful, happy ,helpful and need bit more English than she have. Tele should have more English channels. only BBC news was in English rest was in Russian i think.

Location is superb - right on the edge of the Old Town, set back from the road with a green park in front yet just 50m from the bus stop to the airport & 200m from the train/bus station if you are going further afield. The hotel has some nice character too which was very pleasant. nothing - all good!

Very good value for money in Old Town location. Breakfast was great. Very close to Stockman department store, train and bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was small and no nice view out of window.

A great little hotel near to both the bus/coach and railway stations. The airport bus (No22) goes from nearby. Plenty of shops nearby and the rooms are clean, warm and you get a good breakfast.

location by bus staion and also in old town the decor was "Russian Style" and the breakfast was a bit cheap and nasty. One receptionist upset me.When I said I was going to another country for the day and asked her to phone me if I wasn't back by midnight as a personal safety precaution, her only priority was to ask me to settle the bill there and then, although I was booked for another night.

I liked friendly staff of this hotel, in general everything is organized on the high level I didn't like that my room had no window; and that was not announced while I was booking the hotel There was too much noise in the room in the night from the fridge, pipes and air ventilation system

Beautiful interior, excellent location. Noise from the corridor and restaurant came through the walls. Pop music in the restaurant (also during the breakfast) was a bit annoying.
