Good service and the proffessional way of handling of our complaint made the stay a nice experience. The breakfast and the location are great. We had asked for a non smoking room and when we arrived we got a room that smelled awful of smoke. The next day the manager apologized a lot and gave us a junior suite that was really nice. Very proffessional. |

The hotel was very central so great for easy sight seeing. Our room was at the front of the hotel near various bars so could be quite noisy at night. This wasn't too much of a problem as long as we were in the bars ourselves! |

I appreciated the cleaness of the room, the big breakfast and the possibily of leave the luggage in the hotel alll day after payment Our room was quite cold , but from the second day we had a small syphone. The day of deperture I asked to the receptionist to call me a red taxi , and then it arrived a white one! Then we risked a big accident on the way to the airport!! |

I really recomend this hotel to others becouse of its good location in the old town, nice and clean facilities, nice breakfast, good value for money. Nice atmosphare in the hotel. It was quite cold in the hotel room. |
