Brand new lovely hotel, vast rooms and very nice and careful employees. My luggages arrived late and they took care of everything while I was in town. The spa is great although a bit small but the overall stay was really enjoyable. Maybe the quality of the breakfast food coul dbe something to improve and so the refiling of the buffet.... |

We forgot our tooth past and brushes and the hotel lady on reception sorted us a new one for free! The location was pretty good.Clean Hotel, Quiet and friendly staff. Bath was a jacuzzi style bath. Breakfast wasnt quite a full English breakfast, and the fact you had to pay to use pool and spa, although we did know before we arrived! |

Very nicely situated near shopping malls and old town. Rooms very tastefully decorated. Good breakfast. Some fuss first with the family room, were first offered with inva-room but were changed afterwards to standard rooms which was fine. The Hotel Parking should be arranged otherwise, now we had to leave our car - as we were told at the hotel (not before so this was quite unpleasent surprise) - to nearby EuroPark Parking, which is 200 meters from the hotel and carry our bags from the car - throiugh the underground tunnel and stairs - no lifts were available. If I would have been disabled/ in whealchair - this would have been impossilbe mission to do and should have known beforehand. |

5 blocks from center. Room was way too small, no closet and the bathroom flooded when you took a shower. |

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, good and friendly staff, excellent location. Not very convenient parking. Not logical price - to pay to the Hotel for 1 night costs 10Ls, the same in Europark cost 8-9Ls. What is the reason to pay to Hotel? I suggest to take care of the car to customer service in this case. And would be great to give the advantage to have a cup of coffee or tea in the room. |

Hotel and room are nice and the staff is friendly. The hotel is conveniently located to the old city, the railway station and the bus station. From our windows we could only look to a wall and a very small inner place (bad view). When you book a room in this hotel the view should be mentioned in the information. |

The staff was polite and very helpful. They were conveniently available any time I needed. The hotel is well situated close to the old town. It was also nice and peaceful although the name Bellevue didn´t match the view - at least through our windows. Altogether it was a pleasent experience for the whole family. Thank you for having us. |

1) Overall the room was good.2) Location 3) Helpful staff 4) Breakfast 5)Jacuzzi in the room 6) Parking deal with EuroPark. 1) The staff in the restaurant could pay more attention to details during morning buffet. E.g items should proactivily be added when running low, like cups, plates, bread, juice and so on. Now the customers consistantly had to ask for more. 2) The hotel room floor and other open areas should be cleaned with a wet mop or towel daily 3) Ice machines on the floors. |

Competent, friendly staff - gave very good advice for restaurants when we asked for suggestions. Quiet room, despite facing the busy street outside. Nice small spa in the basement, however a bit expensive. The parking garage is ~150 m from the hotel. |

The atmosphere were great: furnishings, staff, breakfast. We really enjoyed the stay at your hotel and will recommend it to our friends. One minor thing... the coffee flavour was a bit mild for our taste. And that really was the biggest issue. |

Reception Staff was exceptional ... Polite, Professional, Responnsive Te Breakfast was very nice but the wait staff was indifferent. Everyone served themselves for coffee and hot water and we still ahd to wait to have the caraffs filled. Four or five people ... mostly standing around trying to pretend they did not see you. |
