single room was extremly small and view on the wall on the ground floor. Bathroom was not for 4* hotel.

Great location, close from the city center and the bus/train station. Friendly staff. Spacious and clean room.

Not very modern. Breakfast very basic.

Nice hotel with an ideal locations. Room was small but adequate and the location was spot on for a visit to the old town of Riga.

The staff in the breakfast hall were very rude and unhelpful - I dont think this is a problem with this hotel but more with Lativian service staff attitude in general. When booking this hotel I specified that my wife couldn't have dairy so we were expecting a 4 star hotel to at least have a soya alternative. They didn't on the first morning and when we mentioned it at reception they said they would get it for us for the next day. The next day was fine and we got the soya - day three however we had to convince the staff again that we actually had soya the day before so go into the kitchen and look in the fridge! This was the only negative aspect of this hotel.

Even though I emailed that I would be arriving late, it seems that we were shoved into the last two rooms. I booked a twin and they gave me a double! Half of the room we couldn't use as the head height was 5' and I'm 6'4. The shower was going hot then cold even turning itself off.

Location is great, services are also great, breakfast is very reach -- very high value for money. Nice old style. All city attractions are around the corner. I do recommend it

There are several doors to the building and there is only one that brings you to the reception. I got confused wich door was the right one. There could be a better indication.

hotel is recently decorated and fairly new which is not usuall for Riga; rooms are well equipped

Showe cabins on mansard floor are extremly small, also happened some problem with hot water in the morning.

Outstanding breakfast (definite 4 star value) with sparkling wine, hot dishes selection, etc. Ironing facilities and minibar in the room.

A room a bit small. Tea and cattle in the room, but no water for the tea.

My favourite hotel in Riga. Always stay here if possible.

The room was very cramped and the shower went hot & cold and at times there was no water at all which the staff appeared to find normal.

Excellent, spacious room, large bathroom with tub (go for the de luxe double room if you can.). Professional and service minded staff, very helpful when I needed assistance. Nice lobby bar with an excellent mojito, perfect location in the old town - a great hotel!

Very nice rooms, excellent location, helpful staff - I can definately recommend this hotel to any one going to Riga.
