The stuff was very polite.

The shower cabinet was too small even if I'm a very small person.

Perfect location,helpful staff,good breakfast,clean comfortable rooom...all that you want and expect from a 4-star hotel

Although you have to walk about fifteen minutes from the bus station, it's just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is helpful.

Location was excellent - it was within walking distance to all sights in Old Town, the train and coach stations. Many amenities near by. Excellent choice at breakfast including champagne! Noise minimum despite central location.

Hotel backs onto derelict building and that is view I had. Everything in the hotel, from the room, to the bathroom, to the gym are all quite small.

The location was good, just on the edge of the old town. The staff were very helpful,especially in regards to returning our hire car.

Tiny shower with doors that didn't close properly.

What can I say ??? :-) SUPERB !! I recommend !!!

Staff told us to pay for breakfast without asking are we resident of the hotel.when I said how do you know that I am not resident,she asked me to show my room key..I found it this very unprofessional

I spent a lot of time to do check in caused by only 1 employee (very friendly) at desk. Small hall with few space.

The hotel is located close to old Riga city centre, very cozy lobby and room. Friendly staff. Plenty of different food for breakfast (even champaign!)

Nice hotel with an ideal locations. Room was small but adequate and the location was spot on for a visit to the old town of Riga.

The staff in the breakfast hall were very rude and unhelpful - I dont think this is a problem with this hotel but more with Lativian service staff attitude in general. When booking this hotel I specified that my wife couldn't have dairy so we were expecting a 4 star hotel to at least have a soya alternative. They didn't on the first morning and when we mentioned it at reception they said they would get it for us for the next day. The next day was fine and we got the soya - day three however we had to convince the staff again that we actually had soya the day before so go into the kitchen and look in the fridge! This was the only negative aspect of this hotel.

Even though I emailed that I would be arriving late, it seems that we were shoved into the last two rooms. I booked a twin and they gave me a double! Half of the room we couldn't use as the head height was 5' and I'm 6'4. The shower was going hot then cold even turning itself off.
