The appartment on Vagnera 8-4 was very spacious and sunny (too bright in the night too and no dark shutters, actually). It is situated in Old Riga, very good for going out. All cuttlery was there is except microwave! Little things like sugar, salt, some spices, as well as washing liquid for dishes, spoinge, dishwasher's tablets, all was there. Cafeteria across the street :)

There was no lift to the 3rd floor- for kid's buggy and suitcases it's not the best one. The parking is very expensive - 15 lats/24hrs, and there is no cheaper parking nearby. I could wished for cleaner floors and bathroom, they were vacuum cleaned, but not washed (for crawling child in white throusers you would notice it). Filthy. No microvawe - it was essential for us. Althoug one bedroom was good for sleeping, other 2 were a bit noisy in the night.

It's in the middle of Riga's old city night life, so it can be hard to get a good night's sleep. I would say it's ideal for young people who want to sample night life. but for older folks like myself, it's a bit noisy.

Отличная, большая квартира, удобно расположена в центре города. Все достопримечательности расположены в шаговой доступности. В квартире: чистое, свежее постельное белье и полотенца. Есть утюг, чайник, кофеварка, посудомоечная машина, стиральная машина, посуда. Бесплатный Wi-Fi и работает очень хорошо. Рядом есть большой торговый центр. It is spacious and comfortable 4-room apartment right in the heart of Old Riga. Its very convenient location allows you to discover almost all city famous landmarks by foot. The apartment has a good equipped kitchen with all necessary things. There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes nearby. Also there is a shopping center with a big supermarket downstairs round the corner. Wi-fi is free of charge and works very well. Renting this apartment for your holidays in Riga is a good value of price and quality.

Не очень чисто в квартире. Чайник с накипью Нет тостера, микроволновки. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived. There is no toaster and microwave oven.

Горячая вода из бойлера, которой хватает минут на 10, потом приходится ждать больше 2 часов, пока вода снова нагреется; Отсутствие микроволновки

В старом городе, недалеко вокзал. Апартаменты большие, аккуратные. Есть посуда, посудомойка, фен в ванной. Красивый вид из окна. Нас встретили, всё объяснили. Рядом театр, Домский собор, художественный музей, военный музей и др.

Нам на двоих предоставили отличную трехкомнатную (!!!) квартиру за адекватные деньги. Квартира очень чистая, с постельным бельем и полотенцами, на кухне есть посуда, чайник. А самое главное - расположение. Мы жили бок о бок с русским театром, 2 минуты от Петровского собора. Персонал очень приветливый.

centralissimo rispetto a tutto ciò che c'è da vedere nella splendida Riga.

la moquette della camera da letto andrebbe cambiata...macchie ovunque.

Sijainti loistava, tilaa olla ja kaikki tarpeellinen varustelu; hella, kahvinkeitin, jääkaappi, astianpesukone ym. Valoisat korkeat huoneet ja rauhallinen sijainti ihan keskustassa.

Huonojalkaisille voi hissin puuttuminen olla ongelma.

Très bien situé, spacieux et bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour de 4 ou 5 jours.

Right in the centre of the Old Town, excellent value for a five room apartment. Warm introduction to Riga by the manager.

El trato del personal y su ubicación tan céntrica.

La entrada y el portal del edificio estaban muy descuidados, no tienen ascensor y le faltaba actualizar un poco el interior.

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Die unkomplizierte Buchung und Abwicklung. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Die komplette Ausstattung mit technischen Geräten. Die großzügigen Platzverhältnisse.

Etwas "abgewohntes" Mobiliar Sauberkeit (fleckige Stuhlbezüge und Teppiche, Schimmelansatz im Bad) Eingangsbereich / Treppenhaus

Location is just great Everything is very close. Supermarket is not even 1min walk away.

We went there with 4 friends for a couple of days with culture/nightlife. Very friendly hostess, very good location (a couple meters from the main square and near to shopping mall). Appartment is large, fully equipped.

Appartment was a bit dusty, We had to check out at 11:00, while we came back at 7:30, so this was a little short. But we could store our luggage at the office, while waiting to go to the airport.
