Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla. Lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin, ostoksille ja asemalle. Aamiaisbuffet oli hyvä, tosin vaihtelua kaipasi, jos useampi yö. Henkilökunta auttoi tarvittaessa. Superior huone tilava ja iso kylpyhuone poreammeella. Paljon säilytystilaa.

Sauna ja allas oli remontissa, joka oli pettymys. Huoneiden ilmastointi surkea. Kunnollinen ilmastointi on vain ylimmässä kerroksessa, muissa ainoastaan keskusilmanvaihto, joka ei kesällä riittävä. Hotelli antoi lainaksi tuulettimen.

Good position, great breakfast, very clean

This hotel does not correspond to **** level. Guys on reception were not very helpful, poor tourist information. Inside the room was very hot, no airconditioner and it was impossible keep our window opened because of outside noise. Also we had request a room with a bath tube instead we hade got one with a shower that did not function.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff's friendly and helpful.

The shower is really weird, no cabin or curtain, just a hole in the floor. The breakfast is pretty nice, but they can run out of some food two hours before breakfast ends. Some windows look at the train station and a busy street, so it's hard to sleep with an open window and ac doesn't really work.

As someone who cares about the environment, I didn't like that the towels were replaced almost everyday even though I didn't leave them on floor.

1. Room was too small. 2. You have to notify in advance if you are planning to live with your kid (children) in double room. 3. Cool temperatures especially at night. 4. No private parking even for moving your luggage from you car. All parkings around are expensive.

The superior room was actually small-ish, but very well-kept-up and nicely designed. Excellent location, very good Northern European breakfast. The hotel was an elegant choice at a good price, particularly the rooms with spa admission included.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The breakfast table - rich and fresh. The hotel is in the MIDDLE of the centre, but not noisy or stressing.

It's a second time I stay at this wonderful hotel. I like everything - personnel and service, food and rooms. And of course the greatest thing is its location: railway station, bus station, old center of the city, shopping centers - all very close to the hotel.

The price of the spa compared to the price of the room. The price of 90 minutes in the spa was a third of the price of 24 hours in the room

the location was perfect and the room was very clean! Breakfast was served in a very beautiful restaurant. We had a very quiet room and it was warm enough even though it was cold on the street!

The size of the room, could have been a bit bigger

Staff were very friendly polite and helpful from the time we arrived at reception with good english. Had a superior double room with jacuzzi bath,heated bathroom floor and very spacious cleaned every day with fresh towels and good view from window.Room was very warm if not too warm and had to turn down the radiators.Could not fault it in anyway. Excellent buffet breakfast,great selection of food hot and cold and served till 11am. There is a spa and small indoor swimming pool free internet access and printer. Great location opposite railway station,Stockmanns,central market bus station 5 mins Old Town 10 mins 15 mins to airport.No 22 bus to and from airport costs just 70 centimes taxis 10 lats. If you going to stay in Riga this hotel is ideal I have stayed in Riga many times but this first time in this hotel but the best one by far that I have stayed in there. They only have 2 single duvets on all beds ,double,queen size and they are not comfortable they are to small and fall off bed also pillows very small.This would be my number one complaint. Lounge/bar area small only 2 tables and 6 chairs so sometimes no room to sit in there except at the dining tables. No tea making facilities in room. You have to pay to use the spa this should be free to guests. Food in restaurant could be better and a bit pricey we thought.We ate out in evening time.

Free usage of sauna, steambad included in price! Modern hotel. Clean rooms.

Although sufficient, the rooms are not very large.

Very clean and tidy and a great price, though it was in the middle of winter. Quick walk into the old town and easy stumble home.

They allows pets, but the price is 50eur/night. And this information you can get only in reception.

Breakfast was great, rooms excellent. Location superb.

Spa rates could be more flexible. No guest parking.

There was mentioned that they can help with car parking, but apparently thats not true - parking is 10 minutes away by foot. Service is poor and seem not to care if you have any trouble.

Hotel has used my credit card before my arrival !!!? The hotel is situated in the most heavy traffic cross roads in Riga

Friendly staff, great food, lovely interieur, excellent location
