It is the only hotel in Daugavpils, level 2-3 stars. Rooms are clean. The staff understand only Latvian and Russian. The reception dont deliver information if you are not speaking the local language. The reception understand (low level) english and speak it. Daugavpils is a city that you only visit for business. |

la colazione era abbondante la camera era brutta e non era pulita bene, il babno puzzava, gli asciugamani erano sporchi ed anche il personale non era gentile sopratutto al restorante dove abbiamo aspettato che ci portassero la birra piu do mezz'ora! |

to nasz drugi pobyt w tym hotelu,bardzo wysoka jakośc usług , 4 gwiazdki, dyrktor pamietając nasz poprzedni pobyt zaproponował nam lepszy pokój w ceneie zarezerwowanego- SUPER DBAŁOŚĆ O KLIENTA- z przyjemnością tam wrócimy , pkoje lepsze niż w 5 *- np Baltc Beach w Jarmule, przemiła obsługa, super lokalizacja, parking free.Super traktowanie gości- jak Rodzinę Królewską !!! drobne zawirowanie na poziomie repcecji- pokoje pierwszego dnia nie były posprzątane, ale to drobiazg. Natomiast ważne dla hotelu - dwa lata temu śniadania były zdecydowanie lepsze |

L'accueil fut assez professionnel comparativement à d'autres hôtels des pays baltes et nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une grande chambre (pas le cas de toutes ...). Petit déjeuner très insuffisant : pas de pain le 1er jour sur le buffet et quand nous avons demandé à en avoir, on nous a amené 3 tranches de pain de mie pour 2 personnes ! pas de fruit, pas de viennoiserie ou gâteaux, pas de chocolat, miel, etc. |
