The Wi-Fi internet works excellent. And there are plenty of wall sockets in the lobby. Very recommended for business travels. It would be nice to have a bigger parking place.

Breakfasts on the 10th floor of the hotel is excellent! :) staff is nice. there was no fridge at our room for 2 people! that's not good at all :(

Very convenient location in the city center, e.g., close to both the bus and the railway stations. The building is rather high and can be seen a way off. Polite stuff and nice quiet rooms. Breakfast is good, with many different dishes. Wi-fi connection certainly should be improved.

Very professional service! I left my wallet and after after check-out -3 houers later, I called the hotel and it was any problem to find it.

Very nice and helping staff. It would have been nice if there dad been a wipe for cleaning boots in the room, as it was rather dirty outside in the streets.

Suites cost enormous money and are not equipped even with the basics - shampoo, shower cap, etc. My slippers lasted 1 hour only before breaking into pieces. Internet facilities - very poor or none. The good thing is the restaurant on the 10th floor.

I did like that they allow dogs in hotel... but i didn't like that they didn't let us have coffee in hotels bar (right next to main entrance, not even fancy) with my dogs (whippets)...there were no people at that time in... i didn't understand the reason...

Position is perfect, staff is very kind and helpful (and they speak good English which in Daugavpils is not common) Having a neon light near the window, with a small window cover, is not the best idea, impossible to sleep with so much light inside the room.

It's the cheapest hotel during my hole trip and it's one of the best. 1. Reception girls are very hot. 2. Room is clean and furniture are fresh. 3. Air-condition as well. 4. Location perfect. 5. Very, I mean, really very good price. Rather poor city/country and so lovely place in it. I think, it's one of the best hotel in Latvia and exactly the best in Daugavpils. No problem.

Modern hotel in the very middle of Daugavpils with a view on the central square. Friendly Russian-speaking staff. Big lcd tv with usb port in a room, so you can view your photos at evening when you come back from city trip. Free WiFi really exists :) and works without any problem. Breakfasts take place at the restaurant on 10th floor with a wonderful view to the city. In my room the bath sink was clogged up and was not working very well, so after taking a shower I had to step out directly into the puddle on the floor.
