Good hotel in the centre. 10-15 mins walk from the railway station, Its the tallest building in the town so easy to find. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast is on the top floor with great views of the town

Breakfast was basic, but there was a large group staying, so getting a coffee was a challenge

Really nice and helpful staff

I have booked a business class room at the ninth floor. At the eleventh floor there is a restaurant where were a party at the same night. They played the music very loudly even after eleven o'clock at night. I have to call twice to the receptionist to bring to a stop these disgrace. Approximately one hour or even more after they stopped play the music; they continue making a noise by moving the furniture. Next day I have to lead a seminar with a headache.

Hotel is slowly loosing it's reputation. The breakfast was cold, not so good as it was last years.

Position is perfect, staff is very kind and helpful (and they speak good English which in Daugavpils is not common)

Having a neon light near the window, with a small window cover, is not the best idea, impossible to sleep with so much light inside the room.

Clean, nice, good views from top, excellent breakfast included. Good staff who spoke English.

Modern hotel in the very middle of Daugavpils with a view on the central square. Friendly Russian-speaking staff. Big lcd tv with usb port in a room, so you can view your photos at evening when you come back from city trip. Free WiFi really exists :) and works without any problem. Breakfasts take place at the restaurant on 10th floor with a wonderful view to the city.

In my room the bath sink was clogged up and was not working very well, so after taking a shower I had to step out directly into the puddle on the floor.

Very clean, nice hotel with extremely reasonable prices that did not change through-out the year.

Breakfasts on the 10th floor of the hotel is excellent! :) staff is nice.

there was no fridge at our room for 2 people! that's not good at all :(

Very professional service! I left my wallet and after after check-out -3 houers later, I called the hotel and it was any problem to find it.
