for me it was relaxing in peace and quiet along with the very nice breakfasts. the wife loved the spa and the way it has been designed and built into the second building, both of which are very authentic in there apperance. the non smoking policy. but thats the world we live in today so i guess its not the hotel. no, i was very happy and impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. |

I liked realy the service of restaurant, when we had the diner that night. Food was good. Server was very good, helpfull. He has got skills about the wine. Breakfast was very nice aswell. Probably would be better to have large double bed instead of two singles sitting together, the rest is all good. |

Close proximity to the sea and other town facilities It's advertised as 4 star hotel, but not anywhere close to this level...Spa treatments are extremely expensive... |

I was given a very drab room in an annex. I complained about the room. the staff were uninterested.The staff made no effort to offer me a better room. It was a sunday and I cannot believe the hotel did not have better rooms they could have offered me at a higher cost. I paid the bill checked out and moved to the Baltic Beach Hotel which was great. I would never stay at Pegasa again. |

Jurmala var et spesielt og trivelig sted med mange flotte bygninger. Rolig og avslappende atmosfære både på hotellet og i "byen". Vi hadde et fint opphold i spa-avdelingen, med bl.a. en herlig massasje. |

Environnement calme. Très bien situé, à proximité de la mer. Bonne table. Les chambres mériteraient un raffraichissement. Le Spa ne fonctionnait pas. Le buffet de petit déjeuner est supprimé une fois sur deux. |

Läget mycket nära stranden, mycket rena och snygga rum, vackra byggnader. Maten OK. Någon bland personalen någon gång. Den romantiska bild man får av hotellet motsvaras inte av verkligheten. Byggnaderna är mycket hårt renoverade, ytorna mellan byggnaderna är asfalterade parkeringsplatser |

El servicio no es bueno, no se preocupan por el huesped, les da abslotamente igual el confort, se estropeo el aire acondicionado y tardaron 2 dias en arreglarlo, cuando lo hicieron, éste estaba comunicado con las cocinas con lo que la habitacion olia a fritura, la nevera estaba desconectada, desayuno pobre... carisimo para lo q ofrecen |

J'ai aimé l'architecture de l'h^tel, son style, sa situation par rapport au bord de mer, le buffet suédois, la qualité de l'ensemble. Cet hôtel est compos de 2 maisons situées face à face. L'espace est utilis pour le parking. Dommage ! J'y verrais plutôt un jardin. |

Hotellin sijainti meren lähellä ja kuitenkin kaupungissa on erinomainen. Itse hotelli oli viehättävän romanttinen ja poikkesi edukseen uusista laitosmaisista hotelleista. |

hyggelige personal, fint, rolig, når noen har bestillt sauna, så er det kanskje lurt at en som jobber dær viser frem hvordan man skrur på badet å slikt..legge frem hånkle å slike ting. badet kan kansje være litt varmere? |

Pittoreski hotelli, kaunis rakennus, erinomainen sijainti, kodinomainen eli hotelli itsessään oli hyvä. Henkilökunta ei juuri hymyillyt ja palvelu oli jäykkää ja välittyi tunne, ettei oikein ollut tervetullut. Aamiaisella paljon henkilökuntaa, jotka pääasiassa keskustelivat keskenään. Hotellin ravintolassa huonoin hinta/laatusuhde lomamme aikana. Lisäksi asiakkailta veloitettiin 1 lati kammottavasta elävästä teknomusiikista. Vessapaperi joka päivä loppu, turhaa pihistelyä. Olimme tilanneet savullisen huoneen, mutta tuhkakuppia ei tuotu viikon aikana, vaikka siivooja näki, että poltamme. Erityishuomio yksityiskohtiin ja hyvään palveluun, niin hotellin taso nousee varmasti. Nyt puitteet hyvät, mutta sisältö huono. |

Vackra hus, nära till strand och shopping. Lampor i korridoren släckta, så det var svårt att hitta nyckelhålet när man skulle öppna dörren. Ingen vidare frukost. |
