Excellent location, nice cuisinesympathetic staff

Really double bed would be much more preferable

for me it was relaxing in peace and quiet along with the very nice breakfasts. the wife loved the spa and the way it has been designed and built into the second building, both of which are very authentic in there apperance.

the non smoking policy. but thats the world we live in today so i guess its not the hotel. no, i was very happy and impressed with everything the hotel had to offer.

Close proximity to the sea and other town facilities

It's advertised as 4 star hotel, but not anywhere close to this level...Spa treatments are extremely expensive...

I was given a very drab room in an annex. I complained about the room. the staff were uninterested.The staff made no effort to offer me a better room. It was a sunday and I cannot believe the hotel did not have better rooms they could have offered me at a higher cost. I paid the bill checked out and moved to the Baltic Beach Hotel which was great. I would never stay at Pegasa again.

Jurmala var et spesielt og trivelig sted med mange flotte bygninger. Rolig og avslappende atmosfære både på hotellet og i "byen". Vi hadde et fint opphold i spa-avdelingen, med bl.a. en herlig massasje.

Удобное расположение, рядом с морем и центром всех развлечений. Номера достойный-не совок.

Närheten till Lidosta och Riga, 35 km sanddstrand och med Jurmalas speciella arkitektur och natur.

En kväll var det endast kallvatten när vi skulle duscha.

El servicio no es bueno, no se preocupan por el huesped, les da abslotamente igual el confort, se estropeo el aire acondicionado y tardaron 2 dias en arreglarlo, cuando lo hicieron, éste estaba comunicado con las cocinas con lo que la habitacion olia a fritura, la nevera estaba desconectada, desayuno pobre... carisimo para lo q ofrecen

når noen har bestillt sauna, så er det kanskje lurt at en som jobber dær viser frem hvordan man skrur på badet å slikt..legge frem hånkle å slike ting. badet kan kansje være litt varmere?

Pittoreski hotelli, kaunis rakennus, erinomainen sijainti, kodinomainen eli hotelli itsessään oli hyvä.

Henkilökunta ei juuri hymyillyt ja palvelu oli jäykkää ja välittyi tunne, ettei oikein ollut tervetullut. Aamiaisella paljon henkilökuntaa, jotka pääasiassa keskustelivat keskenään. Hotellin ravintolassa huonoin hinta/laatusuhde lomamme aikana. Lisäksi asiakkailta veloitettiin 1 lati kammottavasta elävästä teknomusiikista. Vessapaperi joka päivä loppu, turhaa pihistelyä. Olimme tilanneet savullisen huoneen, mutta tuhkakuppia ei tuotu viikon aikana, vaikka siivooja näki, että poltamme. Erityishuomio yksityiskohtiin ja hyvään palveluun, niin hotellin taso nousee varmasti. Nyt puitteet hyvät, mutta sisältö huono.
