for me it was relaxing in peace and quiet along with the very nice breakfasts. the wife loved the spa and the way it has been designed and built into the second building, both of which are very authentic in there apperance. the non smoking policy. but thats the world we live in today so i guess its not the hotel. no, i was very happy and impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. |

I liked realy the service of restaurant, when we had the diner that night. Food was good. Server was very good, helpfull. He has got skills about the wine. Breakfast was very nice aswell. Probably would be better to have large double bed instead of two singles sitting together, the rest is all good. |

I was given a very drab room in an annex. I complained about the room. the staff were uninterested.The staff made no effort to offer me a better room. It was a sunday and I cannot believe the hotel did not have better rooms they could have offered me at a higher cost. I paid the bill checked out and moved to the Baltic Beach Hotel which was great. I would never stay at Pegasa again. |

perfect location , exelent staff it wasn,t good enought for price, as a spa it wasn,t included to price, bedding wasn,t changed in 3 days and it,s quite old hotel for 4 stars!!!!! need renovation |

Breakfast was exellent. Location great. Dinner was good value for money. Personnel was friendly and helpfull. There was bad smell in the room. The carpet on the stair was a bit dirty. |

Hotel have goog location near the sea. Nice rooms. Exellent cosmetics specialist. Also bath complex - very romantic. Restaurant - good menu and drink card. And very good waiters. |

Das Zimmer war ok. Für mich war das Frühstück eine Zumutung!Selbst normale Butter wurde auf Nachfrage nicht serviert.Standard sollte in diesen Hotels schon ein Büffet sein. |

Es war nah am Strand. Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht, aber nicht wirklich freundlich. Der Whirlpool im SPA war eiskalt (das gehört angeblich so). Im Zimmer war nicht mal ein Tisch. |

Kulttuurihistoriallisesti merkittävä, kaunis Jugend rakennus. Palvelussa pyritään selvästi korkeaan tasoon. Illallinen oli hieno kokemus - ruoka oli erinomaista ja palvelu ystävällistä. Palvelutyyli oli ehkä hieman jäykkää. Yläkerrassa hyvin pienet ikkunat, mikä teki ainakin meidän huoneestamme melko pimeän. |

Rauhallinen hotelli - hyvin kaunis rakennus. Huoneemme sijaisti päärakennuksen ylimmässä kerroksessa, ranskalainen parveke, kaunis näkymä hylättyyn pieneen kartanoon. Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä ja palvelu aamiaisella erinomainen. Suosittelelen hotellia aikuisille pareille, jotka eivät halua yöpyä isossa kylpylähotellissa ja arvostavat rauhallista tunnelmaa. Ei vastaa normaalia neljän tähden hotellia. Mutta oleskeltuamme Jurmalassa, totesimme, että ehkä Jurmalan tasolla onkin neljän tähden hotelli. Bookingin sivusto ei myöskään vastannut tasoa. Halvalla sisustettu ja tämä sääli, koska itse talo on hyvin kaunis. |

Bra standard på hotellet, rent och snyggt och underhållning varje kväll. Behandlingarna vi gjorde var proffsiga. Det var för lite uppbokat, vilket gjorde att man kände sig lite ensam. Hade nog räknat med mer som bassäng och mer spaverksamhet. |

Vissa i personalen var mycket bra och hjälpsamma, vissa hade en annan uppfattning om service är än jag, t ex kom vår förbokade flygplatstransfer 30 minuter försent. Restaurantens serveringspersonal försvann i långa stunder, men maten var fantastisk! |

Sentralt og greit hotell i Jurmala Det var litt merkelig at prisen som var oppgitt var i Euro,og noen eldre som var i vårt reisefølge,hadde Euro i kontanter som de ville betale rommet sitt med,men det fikk de ikke pga. at de ikke hadde Euro på kasseapparatet sitt ! De skulle betale 264 Euro,men hvis de skulle betale med Euro kontant,krevde de 283 Euro ! Så derfor ; Baser det på å betale med kort i! |

Rakennukset ovat kauniita ja huoneet rauhallisia. Sijainti loistava. Ei pitäisi tarvita joka päivä pyytää pyyhkeitä ja vessapaperia. Henkilökunta voisi opetella olemaan palveluhenkinen ja ystävällinen. |
