Friendly and helpful staff; interior of the hotel is really great; room with air-conditioner, free wi-fi, comfortable bed and other features; delicious breakfast with really lovely coffee and natural juices and so on.

It we'a a great place we spent 2 nights here and explored the castles around from here. It's a great place to stay, breakfast was great both mornings.

The only thing was that we didn't realise we had to book at the resteraunt attached to the hotel in order to eat there

The staff here were so friendly and even gave me a lift in their car to the room I had booked. Very highly recommended

the style of the hotel and the frendlines of the staff and their willingness to help was an added advantage, especially lasma who helped us by checking with Reina Ski centre and guiding us there, the rooms were comfortable and value for money

We loved the corner room, so spacious. The heated floors in the bathroom and the amazing shower. Would def recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city center and able to walk to all the local attractions.

Nice clean hotel with good location close to the railway station. Room was available despite arriving 2 hours prior to check in.

Room is cozy and clean, breakfast is fresh and good.location is really close to bus and train station. There are small super market and some restaurants, bars near by. Very convienent location.

Staff was particularly available and kind to me, very attentive and give us good advices to explore the city.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by providing better ventilation to dining room on hot days. This could be achieved by opening patio door.

Our stay was perfect - nice clean room (famili room), beautiful interior, good breakfast, it was very nice to sit on veranda and watch TV. Staff was friendly, location of the hotel is comfortable.

Not all rooms were big enough for 3 beds, but still had them with almost no space between beds.

Helpful staff, individual a/c was nice on hot day. We liked the fact that the breakfast options changed slightly each day.

The location was just great. Very close to bus station and train transport. The hotel is set in the midst of parks & cafes. Wonderful bakeries. All tourist venues of castles & caves are within walking distance for the more energetic. The well presented, generous breakfasts were varied each morning. Great staff, comfortable, clean rooms. Would definitely return here and recommend to friends.
