I liked everything. Clean, fresh, good interior. Great breakfast for all tastes. Good staff.
Even mad house opposite hotel was funny! :)
Everything was good, especially staff was really kind and helpful!
There was no bad thing!
Room cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, bus station with direct connection to the center of Riga, private parking.
We recommend a better signage outside the hotel because it's a little hard to find the location, especially in the night.
Considering the price, it was a really good value for money. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and staff was polite. Overall, for the price I paid, I would recomment this hotel for a quick stay. The location is OK if you're travelling by car, but it's far from the city center.
It was really hard to find the hotel during a dark rainy night - the hotel is "hidden" from the main road. The signs on the hotel are very dim and therefore not easy to spot. I booked this hotel because there was supposed to be a bathtub in the room. Unfortunately the room I got was with a shower. For some reason TV didn't work.
Location is ok, easily reached by buses. Breakfast is rather ok as well, better to go earlier tho, because if something ends there's a big chance they won't bring anything in return. Free WiFi. Bathtub in the room. Probably ok for 1 night stay.
Location next to local market, old ugly buildings around. The whole district looks dirty, poor, shady and not safe. We stayed for 4 nights and were waken up 3 mornings at 8.30 while housekeepers were cleaning rooms next to ours. They were extremely loud! Slamming doors, moving stuff around, but worse of all - taking SO loud, almost screaming. I'm not a sound sleeper, but they've managed to wake me up every time... After complaining to reception lady, all response I've got was a very quite 'sorry', not even a promise that it won't happen again. All in all, there's no soundproof system at all, can hear literally everything that's going on in the room next to yours. If you are taking bath/shower, water is all over the floor and there's no way to prevent it. Small pillows and no air conditioner. Difficult to find the hotel if not using a taxi. Unclear directions from receptionist how to get to/from city centre by buses. I won't recommend this hotel and surely won't ever go back there!
Personnel is very helpful and breakfast very good for Europe.
Room is very hot. Don't have any air conditioner or fan.
Close to 22 bus from/to airport stop Clean Bath and a shower Wifi Speed)))
The breakfast could be better
Hotel has a good taste of style.
Fair price for a very comfortable room, good breakfast, very helpful staff, nice area with old wooden houses and well connected to the town center ( bus #21)
Free hotel parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially i would like to thank Vivita! I would suggest this hotel definitely to other friends.
It's a bit out of the city center, but it's very well connected by public transportation.
+ parking space
- no air-condition very hot in summer - smell of smoking in the room
Very clean & comfort rooms, helpful staff, close to the old town (10' by bus)
Clean, Very Friendly staff. All round great hotel. I would stay here again without question. Excellent wifi
All brillant. Nothing I didn't like
The Staff were excellent. They were so helpful and nothing was to much bother. Great hotel with great friendly staff. I brought my family over for a wedding and the Primo Hotel was the icing on the cake. I honestly could not recommend this hotel enough, I have nothing bad to say, it is honestly one of the best hotels in Riga, if not the best. Cathal & Kristine
I liked everything. I have nothing bad to say.
Breakfast and the opportunity to use wifi for free in all hotel.
The walls were really thin so you could easily talk to people in other room.
I've been staying in a standard single room: the room was quite basic, but clean and functional. The free park in the front is a great plus, and even if you're not very close to the city center either by car or tram you can easily get there in less than 30 minutes. Wi-Fi signal was ok. No air conditioning in the room, but that shouldn't be a problem in Riga even during summer time.
There's no minibar in the room and no restaurant in the hotel. Actually there are no amenities at all and the location itself is probably not the best to go out for a walk. Still, the restaurant suggested by the receptionist deserves a visit.
-Great breakfast they served -Free parking -Staff was super friendly and fluent in English.
-Location is a bit far from city center.
Nice, helpful staff. Convenient location
Friendly stuff, cleanliness, breakfast, caffee
Reasonable price, close to a super market.
Far from the old town and bus/rail station. That was totally inconvenient for me.
Great overall value for the money. Clean, pleasant interior with free private parking, nearby public communication. Simple yet good breakfast.
Reasonable hotel with nice breakfast at a good price. No entry for guests after 22.00, so no stag parties!
Bit too far out.
