Primo Hotel  

Lo consiglierei a tutti. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il personale dell'hotel è molto disponibile anche per fornirvi informazioni sulla città. Camera doppia veramente confortevole e con un bagno a cui non manca proprio nulla (nemmeno l'asciuga capelli!). Pulizia molto buona.

Distante dal centro, ma con 10 minuti a piedi è possibile arrivare nel fulcro della città. Per chi non ha voglia di farsi una passeggiata ci sono comunque a disposizione numerosi tram, autobus e noleggi delle biciclette.

A nice clean hotel, not in the centre but also in a good location, near parks and riverside. Good value and really modern rooms. Bed was comfortable and bathroom double the size of some other hotels. Top marks!

Breakfast not so delicious but good value, 3 eur and you get what you get for it.

Good shower, nice rooms, great breakfast menu, silent rooms, clean beds, employees speak english, nice breakfast and bar area

short beds, the pillow was a bit to soft, we saw dead fly's hanging in our lamp, heating was way to high and we couldnt turn it down, one employee was not so friendly, tv signal was bad and only in latvian

It's our 4th time in this hotel - I guess that means a lot! :)

Luxury apartments, amazing interior design, the highest level of service! And all this at a reasonable price.

Everything is perfect!

The staff was great, parking was free, rooms were nice and comfortable. Very family and traveler friendly.

Rooms were not soundproofed, so we could hear through noise in the hallway and through the bathroom vent, but fortunately no one stayed up very late or was very noisy so it was not a big problem.

Cosy room with great television screen, calm area, several stores and a market place nearby, easy reachable by city transport; tram, bus and trolleybus stops near the hotel.

The staff was very nice, facilities were of high standard, and best of all, you really have a great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

The restaurant was under repair when we stayed there. It could have been good to have it working, but anyway that's not a big problem.

The rooms were nice and modern and the staff was very helpfull and friendly.

The location; the street in which the hotel is situated looks very shabby

I had everything that was necessary for just passing one night between my trips.

Hotel is not in the best part of city, but inside it's nice. Rooms are cosy and clean.

Very friendly staff. The building is all new and very nice inside! Also the price is good for The quality of the facilities! Easy access to the old town by public transports.

It happened to us to take tram number 4 instead of number 2 during the late evening... Well i would not suggest this move, because we had to walk for nometnu iela which is not very comfortable to do: you do not feel very safe and secure, especially during the evening/night. I would suggest always to take number 2 to reach the old town: It is one minute walk from the hotel! :)

Very nice hotel, rather big and very comfortable room and good service exceeded my expectations. Though it is not a historical center, I liked the quite area around the hotel and the way to the city center, it took us about 20-25 minutes to get there on foot, it is also possible to use tram. Would strongly recommend to my friends and would be glad to stay Primo Hotel again.

Very clean, modern room, spacious bathroom with bath, in double room large and comfortable bed, nice furniture. Everything was exellent!

It is really cheap and quite clean. It is convenient to go to the city center.

The sound insulation of the room is really bad, maybe because the wall is too thin.

Reserved this when there was a 50% discount, After visiting there twice I can only say that even without that I would reserve this hotel again whenever I was in Riga. Friendly staff and rooms that have everything you need. Didin't try the breakfast though.

Great hotel, but bit far from the center (walking distance away if you have the time) and the surroundings aren't the best parts of the town.

Part of staff was very friendly and helpful but another part was impartial. Talking in general, very quiet, small cozy hotel almost in the city centre, which is very convenient.

it was close to the place i needed... the room was spacy, seemed clean, nothing to bother during night...

well, i'm really really upset about internet, there was no wifi that has the reception in the room, or "wired internet" as it says on the description... since there was no "wire" for internet connection... i've plugged in my own wire to the plug, which i have seen under the table with a computer picture on it, thinking it might be the connection, but appearently it was not.. and there was nothing else anyway... whatever, I visit latvia every month, and I won't choose here again... "no internet or any description of how to get it, in a hotel room in year 2012... in a 'so-called' european union country.." bah.. btw, there's no minibar in the room, and I paid 7 lats for 3 bottles of water (200 cc) and a twix.. (7 lats = 10.50 €) in their "bar".. just have an idea about it too..
