Komfortowy hotel z bezszmerową, miłą obsługą. Duży postęp. Poprzednim razem miałem zastrzeżenia co do pracy personelu. Śniadania nie są "4 gwiazdkowe". Skromny wybór dań. |

Doskonala atmosfera. Cicho, przytulnie i komfortowo. W restauracji brak zimnych napojow gazowanych. Podano ciepla coca cole light!!! |

Obsluga w restauracji, dlugi okres oczekiwania. Na sniadanie podano rybe, ktora miala juz lekki zapaszek. Sam hotel bardzo dobrze wyposazony i zaprojektowany, no mloda obsluga dlugo jeszcze nie stworzy tam atmosfery komfortu. |

Good quite , clean , brand new hotel. The room is large and comfortable, I have the room with sauna .The personal is very friendly and helpfull . The breakfast is very poor at least for 5 stars hotel. |

Is one of the greatest hotel i have stayed in.Good location and services,the rooms are nicely decorated,good restaurant and a warm atmosphere.I will come back for sure. |

Everything what is pointed above was ok. My guests were also glad for this hotel, especialy we liked the food quality in the restoran. It was after snow, so it should be nice, that the parking place would be cleaned not to be slippery |

Good location, rooms nicely decorated and of good size. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The air conditioning did not work, We changed rooms and the air conditioning did not work in the replacement room either. Fortunately, it was a cool evening and the windows worked. We had dinner in the restaurant. The server was pleasant but inexperienced. The soup was excellent. It took a long time to be served our entrees, which were mediocre. The breakfast buffet was done well. |

Quiet location, peaceful hotel, unusual but interesting interior design. missed the tea & coffe making facilities in room. Had booked a baby cot but this was not in the room when we arrived, we had to ask for it. |

The Promenade Hotel is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room decor and layout was absolutely unique, while the food, reception service and general atmosphere was top-class. |

Sehr schönes Ambiente und gute Lage. Trotz 5 Sterne kein Wellnessangebot, Sauna oder Schwimmbad. Frühstücksbüfett ohne Brötchen, dafür aber lauwarmes Rührei. |

Die sehr besondere Atmosphäre. Das Hotel wurde in einem alten Speicher eingerichtet und intelligent ausgebaut. Gekonnt hat man es geschafft eine sehr eigene Hotel-Stimmung zu schaffen. Dass das Restaurant des Hotels am Sonntag zu ist, finde ich etwas unglücklich. Und ich finde es Schade, dass vor allem die wunderschönen Junior-Suiten für Raucher freigegeben sind. |
