excellent location, close to any central sights. we stayed at a superior room, quite spacious, clean towels, decent breakfast ( nothing extraordinary - eggs, porridge, fruits, etc.)

it's really noisy in the night, there is a hostel and a bar I guess in front of the hotel. till early morning there was drunk talks and laughs which made impossible sleep with open windows. Even with closed windows we had to use ear plugs ( which can be found in the drawers by the way, very thoughtful thing )).

Staff very kind and efficient. In room and common services are veey well managed and organised. A perfect choice for living in the Old City with all the comfort at a very convenient price.

It was clean, comfortable, friendly, professional and a good value. Breakfast was lovely and hotel staff were hospitable. It is convenient to the Galleria for shopping as well as the Forum Cinema.

It is across the street from a nightclub, which if you are young and looking for night life activity, this would be a plus. However, for a family trip, we did not appreciate the music until the early hours, although, with the windows shut it was not a huge inconvenience. Not a complaint regarding the hotel, just the surrounding establishments.

I was slightly apprehensive about staying here because of some of the reviews about it being noisy outside, but it really wasn'T. When I arrived I was able to check into my room early as I had flown overnight, so that was very convenient. The hotel is in a great location, right in the centre and close to most major attractions. The staff were very helpful and I was satisfied with the breakfast buffet.

When I checked in my booking was listed as a twin room, even though I specifically asked for a double, though this was soon sorted out.

actually it is a 3* star hotel - it's a mistake at booking.com, you see only *** on it's front. but it wasn't a problem for me personally but could dissapoint someone who wanted real 4*. but overall, a good 3*: nice staff, excellent location in the very city centre. a an important note for those who heard about problems with warming in Riga - it was enough WARM rooms (was -20C during my stay in Riga).

each extra hour after check out time costs 5 LVL (7,5 EUR) - quite expensive for low-season in that country!

great location, friendly staff, good facilities they put even earplug in drawer to prevent possible noise comes from outside and cheap, nothing else can be expected with price of this hotel

Really nice and clean hotel in the very city center of Riga. Big rooms and friendly staff. Good value for money!

Streets nearby can cause some noise. Better to close windows properly for the night.

Although it is located in the middle of "Old City", which really is a tourist-atractioin, it is very quiet. Hotel-people are very friendly, taxi-driver easily find the hotel, and lots of nice restaurants around it - a perfect stay!

Location was excellent for walking in Old City Riga. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was small but clean. Nice lounge with free internet to check email.
