Verry friendly staff at the reception with a good sence of humor to. In the weekend so comfotable priced comparing to week rates. And the hotel has everything you want, entertainment, good breakfast, good bar, spa and a fantastic few over Riga , specialy at nigt if you have a room on one of the higher floors. |

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The rooms were decent. The location of the hotel is special because of the river side views and the views of the old town. |

The hotel needs refurbishment, especially bathrooms. Aircon didn't work. Poor breakfast. Location, long (and windy) trip across the river to reach old town. |

The view of the city and the fact that it was really quiet. There was only one shampoo, one soup and only one pair of sleepers in a double room. |

very good breakfast. Beautiful view on the Old Town, good service this seems to be max 4 star hotel not 5 stars. No safe, no bathrobe, no slippers, no weather forecast. Bathroom and room were small. Very expensive minibar. |

Отношение обслуживающего персонала, хороший утренний завтрак, близость к центру города, удобное транспортное расположение В номере отсутсвовали бритвенные принадлежности и зубные щетки - для отеля 5* - странно. Бассейн - увы 5х15 метров - плавать в нем невозможно, а я выбирал отель с бассейном. |

Отличное питание шведского стола, отзывчивый персонал, читота номеров, chek-out по телефону - очень-очень удобно, не нужно ждать в очереди. Но на двоих дали только один халат и одни тапочки. Зубные щетки отсутствуют. |

Loistava palvelu, hyvä aamiainen. Kuntosali +. Mahdollisuus internetin käyttöön hotellin aulassa++. Massage tarjolla vain arkipäivisin, uima-allas osasto pieni, vain yksi iso allas. Ei sovellu pienille lapsille. Kaikkien (!) Riikan hotellien kuvia kuvamanipuloitu. |

Ein gutes, sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und in schöner Lage (mit einem sehr guten Frühstücks-Buffet !).Da ich mit einem großen LKW-Hilfsgütertransport des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes unterwegs war, war der große Parkplatz für mich besonders wichtig. Das Bad war reichlich klein..., und generell wäre eine Modernisierung zu empfehlen. |

отличный отель и недорого. Великолепный завтрак всего за 10 евро. Вид на старый город из окна , недорогая парковка. В принципе всё на твердую 4+ или даже почти на 5. |
