Service was good, the staff was able to deal with our complaint without it having to go to senior level We booked 4 rooms with double beds, we were given twin rooms with 2 single beds. We complaint and another staff managed to find us 4 business rooms with double bed (twin beds joined together. What was anoying was that when we went to sleep we was shocked to know that the duvets were 2 single individuals covered with double bed covers. for a so called 5 star hotel it was unexceptable. I will not use this hotel again. We couldnt be bothered to compain any further... |

Good hotel expected standart,there is swiming pool and sauna.Nice staff. Excellent view on Riga Old Town. Spa and swiming pool is open for no-hotel persons |

Staff very nice and helpfull. Nice location, on the river facing the old town The restaurant serves good food, but it is pricy and has small portions and limited selection. |

The Hotel need a renovation. The bathroom is from 30 years ago. It is expensive and the personal can not smile. |

Location,location,location!!! Panoramic view! Absolutely amazing! And very helpful staff. Old-fashioned all - furniture, TV-set,bathroom equipment. It's time for total rearrangement. So- Location 5 *, rooms - 3 * |

Breakfast was excellent and hotel was nice in overall. Air conditioner was very noisy if turned on so at nights it really was disturbing. |

Breakfast is relatively good (but too expensive) old rooms, partially destroyed furniture. For promo 60Eur/day it is worth its price but don't pay more! |

The room was spacious and the maid kept the room very clean.The pool was an excellent facility. I booked a business class room and did not receive a complimentary newspaper on three of the four days(I asked for a paper and received a single sheet on the 2nd day) Breakfast was poor because the hot items were tepid (egg beans mushrooms)and no chef to cook the egg of your choice.The staff were not very friendly and there was nobody to show you to your table for breakfast. I have been to a number of 5* hotels in Europe and this was definitely the worst. |

the spa center and the massage staff were excellent.my best memory for that trip. the swimming pool very good. the restaurant was very good and the staff very nice.the problem is that i was there for 5 ninghts and you didnt change the bed sheets. the room cleaning system. i was leaving the room at 9am and i was coming back at 13.00 and the room was not ready. the mini bar was expensive. the glasses in the mini bar were not change by clean ones.Last the hotel for me was far from the city centre and the taxi fee of 5-6 L was too much to go and come 4 times per day. |

Verry friendly staff at the reception with a good sence of humor to. In the weekend so comfotable priced comparing to week rates. And the hotel has everything you want, entertainment, good breakfast, good bar, spa and a fantastic few over Riga , specialy at nigt if you have a room on one of the higher floors. |

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The rooms were decent. The location of the hotel is special because of the river side views and the views of the old town. |

The hotel needs refurbishment, especially bathrooms. Aircon didn't work. Poor breakfast. Location, long (and windy) trip across the river to reach old town. |

Personalen var trevlig och kunde bra engelska. Bra tillgång till pool, bastu och träningsmöjligheter. Det var lyhört mot korridoren eftersom det var en glipa mellan dörren och golvet på flera centimeter. Gjorde en fotbehandling som var ok men hade förväntat mej mer till det priset. |

Líbila se mi útulnost pokoje s výhledem na řeku a wifi připojením, které bylo výborné. Hotel byl uvnitř velmi pohodlný a pěkný. |
