Very nice staff, very quiet, clean rooms, great, great breakfasts - not sure what any of the reviews meant when they said the breakfasts were not good. They were excellant. All in all a thoroughly pleasurable stay. Would certainly return. Nothing save that it was a bit out of the city but we knew that when we booked! |

Clean Room, quiet at night and a decent bathroom. I was disappointed that the TV did not work for the three days I was there. Apparently this was the case throughout the hotel. |

I stayed single room. It was comfortable.Hotel and all of the hotel staff were very hospitality ( especially Agita and Renata and nightwatchwoman (S???)) that who was looking for a glass of water for me...) hotel is very close old town and central station... I will come... |

The Staff was very good, so as the breakfast, cleanness.. and all the other stuff. Although it's not far from old town, you have to have a car. The surrounding area is not at all beautiful, with old sadly looking unfurbished houses.. But again, you don't care once you're in the room. |

Very clean and specious rooms, pleasant staff, wonderful location in the city center, good breakfast, private parking and free internet in the room were included into the price. We were very happy and pleased to stay at this hotel. |

Staff extremely kind, polite, professional and cooperative. Hotel very well furnitured. Nice classic rooms provided with a very comfortable king size bed. Computer with free internet in the hall. Trolleybus n. 1 in front the hotel to get city centre in only 5 minutes running between 5:30 a.m. and 24:00 hrs. Excellent balance quality/price. |

The staff were excellent as was their English! Breakfasts were good and substantial. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Access to a computer was an added bonus. |

This hotel was perfect! We enjoyed everything: big and brand new room, excellent breakfast, location not far away from centre, parking place at courtyard, friendly staff. However, one problem was that air condition didn't work and there was a heat wave in Riga... So sleeping was a little bit difficult. |

Very helpful staff. Our room located on the 6th floor was clean , quiet and spacious. It also had nice view on tops of the old town buildings. We could also use a private parking, however as it's very small you need a reservation. It's bit far from the city center , but thanks to that you can park your car on a side- most of the hotels in the city center don't have their own parking space. I just wish that there was more than one English channel on tv, but overall it's great. |

The hotel was excellent, lovely room, very well appointed, excellent breakfast. The staff were fantastic, when we had a problem with the TV they came straight away and replaced it and were generally extremely helpful with everything. Free internet near the lobby, amazing value for money in a great city. A decent walk from the main part of town but an easy and pleasant one. I would definitely stay again |

Room upgrade for 5 EUR was no problem after I discovered that my single room was right next to the elevator and there was no other single room available. |

Very good location with short and easy access to all major bussines & tourist points, Exclellent breakfast (as usual in Ramada Hotels), spacious and comfortable rooms, Helpful and friendly staff providing attentive service, Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in the Hotel.
