The hotel was excellent, lovely room, very well appointed, excellent breakfast. The staff were fantastic, when we had a problem with the TV they came straight away and replaced it and were generally extremely helpful with everything. Free internet near the lobby, amazing value for money in a great city. A decent walk from the main part of town but an easy and pleasant one. I would definitely stay again |

Room upgrade for 5 EUR was no problem after I discovered that my single room was right next to the elevator and there was no other single room available. |

Very good Hotel, great selection of breakfast, very comfortable rooms and great service through-out hotel. We loved personal touches like turndown service and complimentary Hot-chocolate in the evening. VA |

Very good location with short and easy access to all major bussines & tourist points, Exclellent breakfast (as usual in Ramada Hotels), spacious and comfortable rooms, Helpful and friendly staff providing attentive service, Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in the Hotel. Excellent value for money!!!! |

1.great breakfast - great selection of food 2.we had a family room and it was huge - wonderful for our family - young children,3. we ordered a bath and go a bath and two beds for the kids free of charge! 4. staff were great apart for receptionist who's english was poor 5. the building is abeautiful victorian building 1. no shuttle bus as they advertised - the hotel ordered taxis for us that cost treble the normal rate - taxis riped us off going to airport -2. also there was no coffee and tea making facilities, i asked for them and finally on the second night we got them. 3. it is too far to walk with young children, i believe it is more than 10 minutes - it took us 30 minutes, i believe it is 10 minute jog! |

Friendly & helpful personnel, nice & spacious double room, good internet (ASDL cable) connection, room service which worked also at 22 on Sat evening, possibility to park car in the yard without extra cost, good enough breakfast selection. |

The breakfast was abondant. Staff was helpful and kind. Trolley bus nr. 1 stops right in front of the hotel and brings you close to the neighborhood of the old city. No bar service for a tea or a drink when you come back after a day visiting the city and you really want a warm drink. The decoration of the breakfast room was not cosy. |

This new hotel is a great location for a visit to the city of Riga. It is well situated, very close to the city center (10 minutes walk, no public transport needed). The service of the staff is excellent, the hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. |
