Ramada Riga City Centre Hotel

La qualità non sfarzosa e la silenziosità dell'hotel, assolutamente riservato.

Non c'era la tv satellitare con i canali italiani

ottimo hotel e staff molto gentile. buona anche la colazione e stanze pulite e grandi

un po distante dal centro ma ben collegamento con il trolleybus che impiega cinqueminuti per arrivare alle porte della città vecchia

camere ampie e arredo accurato; servizio efficiente.

l'acqua della vasca scendeva dal rubinetto di colore giallo.

Personale giovane e estremamente disponibile verso i clienti; sembrava che soddisfare i desideri dei clienti fosse la cosa più naturale di questa terra.

The Ramada Riga is part of the INternationally known Ramada group and lives up to the expectations of that chain. It is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel and therefore I am able to draw comparisons to prvious visits. This was a budget visit and at £46 per night for a 4 star Hotel represented tremendous value for money. The room we were allocated was on the 6th Floor and the smallest that we have been allocated, however it was certainly big enough for what we required. The room was also clean, comfortable, warm and very well decorated. The breakfast at this hotel is always excellent quality and plentiful if rather standard. The staff are excellent and speak excellent english. All in all an excellen VFM package.

The only draw back to this hotel is the location. It is about a 20 minute walk to the old town and is an area that is fairly run-down. However saying that I have never had any problems at all in the area. In addition there are plenty of taxis and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. There are no spa/well being facilities that are often expected in 4+ star hotels these days. Also since my last visit in June the Hotel Manager Alex has moved on, and he was the major driver behind the exceptional levels of Customer Service that have made this hotel what it is since it opened a year or so ago. Without his enthusiasm there is a distinct lack of sparkle and some of the small touches are now missing.But that is a very personal opinion.

good friendly staff,food was good to very good; location was a little out of old town but perhaps better for that

evrything ,a part the water from the shower(yellow-brown...) was good!

Just that for almost one hour the water from tha shower was brown,

Tv was broken and heating problem in the room

I stayed single room. It was comfortable.Hotel and all of the hotel staff were very hospitality ( especially Agita and Renata and nightwatchwoman (S???)) that who was looking for a glass of water for me...) hotel is very close old town and central station... I will come...

The Staff was very good, so as the breakfast, cleanness.. and all the other stuff.

Although it's not far from old town, you have to have a car. The surrounding area is not at all beautiful, with old sadly looking unfurbished houses.. But again, you don't care once you're in the room.

The hotel was new, the staff very helpful and everything was exceptionally clean

During our stay the aircon was broken and the room was too hot. The hotel is on the edge of civilised Riga

The staff were excellent as was their English! Breakfasts were good and substantial. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Access to a computer was an added bonus.
