Red Roofs Old Town  

They canceled reservation on the same day without even offering any help in finding another accomodation. Reservation was made 1 month and a half before. Completely untrustable. I lost 1 morning of our vacation to look for another and we missed many things we wanted to see in the city we were leaving from (tallinn).

Hotel in the heart of Riga Old Town

Broken facilities, cold, lowd music all the night (maybe plus for some ppl).

No remote controller of TV. Shared bathroom and WC - not possible to lock there ! Noise. It is not the hotel, it is something like student hostel type of accomodation.

Room was always cold , bed so uncomfortable, couldn 't open the window .

Room very dirty, the bathroom scandalous. No sharing of towels. Only 2 out of 2 persons.Morning service was very unpleasant. Would not recommend this hotel. !

Location is perfect if you want to see the old town. There are dozens of restourants and the parking place just around the corner. The room was spacy and clean. The hotel is also dogfriendly. Good value for your money.

There were no curtains and the soundproofing is really poor so you might need to have the ear plugs.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Apartments are spacious and cosy with wooden floor, simple furniture and a beautiful view of building's roofs. For those who want to explore the old town location is perfect. Nice place.

There were sticky marks of a glass on the night table. Also we found a few dark hairs in the linen (o_O). And the shower cubicle drain was out of order: when you wash you stand in an ankle-deep puddle. But we heard that they were doing repairs in the hotel, may be all that mess has this origin.

The stuff was very nice and friendly.

The bed was broken. Noisy in the night.

It is ideally located.

Poor breakfast, bed was not very comfortable and bed linen was much smaller in size than the bed itself, there is no wardrobe at all - just several hooks on the wall.

It was very noisy at night - the girl from the reception decided to let heavily drunk company in just for 1 night - and unfortunately next to our room. Though we asked them to be more quiet (it was 3 a.m.), they were inadequate and kept shouting. They even didn't listen to the receptionist and only our threats of not paying helped the receptionist to solve this problem. The hotel is okay but do they have no visitors if such can happen?

Не могу сказать, что это мне не понравилось, но в нашем номере было чердачное окно. И, конечно, это плюс, что ванная комната находилась в номере, но из-за этого было немного влажно.

Месторасположение, обслуживание.

Отличное расположение. Приемлимая цена и отличный персонал.

Немного сыро и холодно в ванной.

Убожество.Грязь.Вонь и плесень в душе.Одна лампочка под потолком и отсутствие бра или настольных ламп.Нет ни стола,ни стула,ни одного стакана,не говоря о принадлежностях для чая и кофе.Завтрак с 9 утра до 11.В меню либо каша и яйцо либо омлет и стакан чая или кофе.Ждать приходилось как в ресторане минут 40,пока приготовят

Man nepatika pilnīgi viss. Edienkarte pat nebija valsts valodā! Ziepes nebija nummurā. Personāls uzrunu sāk angļu valodā!!! Dušas telpā pelējums uz flīzēm. Televizoram vairums kanālu nestrādā! Nožēlojami, ka Vecrīgas sirdī atrodas tik nolaista viesnīca!

ужасающее впечатление! унитаз не работает, отсутствует туалетная бумага, шкаф падает при открывании дверок, шум ночью стоит такой, что невозможно уснуть....
