Localização, facilidade de deslocação para qualquer ponto proximo do centro, interiores são espectaculares inclusive a sala dos pequenos - almoços A porta de correr de vidro da Instalação Sanitária faltava lubrificação tornando-se ruidosa |

It is hard to say what I liked the most, because this Hotel surprehended me quite positively in many different ways. Staff was always doing its best to help, night and day; accomodations were very beautiful; breakfast was superb; localization is excellent, in a walking distance from the main attractions of the city; internet wifi worked perfectly, what unfortunately is still something far from being a common feature even in Western Europe; restaurant was very good etc etc. |

Eficiencia no atendimento; restauração com qualidade acima do normal do que é cosume encontrar em qualquer hotel, mesmo de categoria superior. Design, conforto e ambiente. Excelente localização. |

Location, great overall look of the hotel, free Internet, free secure parking (garage), very good breakfast. Strange bathroom design with glass door that doesn't close completely, shower without any courtain makes it impossible to keep bathroom dry. All areas are non smoking with warnings in rooms about financial penalty for extra cleaning. There should be at least one designated place for those who want to smoke (bar?). |

The staff is very friendly and help full. The hotel is good situated and rooms are comfortable. Wireless internet is perfect. The parking place, is bit small and their system how to use and pay the parking. |

Very good location, very quiet. The room was good size and very clean. Nice bathroom and very soft and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Realy enjoid the stay. |

The staff were very helpful and courteous especially the reception staff. There was only one thing and that was on the first morning at breakfast most of the tables hadn't been cleared and stayed the same during the time we were at breakfast. Neext morning though there was no problem. |

The hotel is stunning from the outside and this continues indoors in the rooms, public spaces etc. Especially liked the bar, laid back DJ on a Saturday night! |

Modern hotel. Utterly subtle Nordic style most conveniently set up. A small parking lot saves you from excessive parking expenses in old town Riga. Splendid selection of food for breakfast. |
