The staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to the Old Town and all the attractions. On the other hand, despite it's central location, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast buffet was superb! Since we had a rental car, being able to park in the underground hotel parking for free was a terrific added benefit. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and enjoyed our stay there. I would stay at Reval Hotel Ridzene again and would certainly recommend it to my friends. Since the heating/cooling of the room starts only when you insert your guest card key into a slot inside your room, the air in the room and the bathroom was stale at first, but since we were able to open the window and air it out, the problem was fixed. |

Reval Hotel Ridzene is a unique hotel which has been able to combine all of the necessary ingredients to make it outstanding. Hotels with the combination of helpful, cheerful staff, good location, good value and great facilities are difficult to find. The Ridzene has been successful in all these counts. Well done. |

valtavan hieno, luksushotelli aivan keskustan tuntumassa. lyhyt matka jokapaikkaan, erittäin rauhallinen ja elegantti paikka! ehkä välillä liiankin hiljainen, muita asukkeja näky harvoin. lähtiessä enemmänkin, kun joku turisiporukka tuli paikalle. ainut häiritsevä tekijä oli, että respassa haluttiin luottokorttia vaikka majoitus oli maksettu jo. "varmennus" , miksi korttia halusi, ei onnistunut, tilillä ei ollu tarkoituksella kuin muutama euro rahaa. sama kortti toimi kyllä muuten latviassa. |

Die zentrale Lage war ausgezeichnet. Das Minifrühstück vor dem Abflug um 4.30 Uhr mit Kaffee und Croissants war toll. Prima war auch der Shuttle zum Flughafen zum fairen Festpreis. |

Zeer goed ontbijt . Mooie kamer met zithoek ( zelfs een tweede afzonderlijk toilet in de kamer aanwezig ! ). Op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum ( ca 500 m ) , en in een groene omgeving . Efficiente receptie . |
