Location's very good, staff was nice, breakfast was amazing. Although some people said here the hotel tried to charge them twice, when I was ready to pay they told me it' was not necessary 'cause I'd been already charged. I didn't know it. However, I realized in Latvia you have to be very careful. It seems that ripping off tourist is the national sport. Acording to the size and the luxury of the hall, the breakfast and the sky bar, you would expect a bigger and more luxury room. |

The receptionist when we checked in was superb. The breakfastbuffé was great The staff at the skybar was ignorant.. |

The location of the hotel was excellent - very near the old town and also shops. The staff in the hotel were very friendly. The sky bar on the 26th floor has a fantastic view. Our room very noisy all through the night as it faced on to at least 4 clubs. |

The situation, very close to the city center. The breakfast was nice. Several PC with free access to internet. The panoramic bar in the last floor The hotel is too big and the bathroom is not very comfortable |

The location of the hotel was good - just 10 minute walk from the old town. Views from the rooms and the rooftop bar were well worth it. Advice form the hotel was so take the no 22 bus. The no 22 bus is cheap, but the nearest stop to the hotel is a good 20 minute walk away. Not good when you are pulling cases. |

It was so good situated in the city. Everything was enough close to Hotel. Hotel was also clean and comfortable. City tour, taxi, etc. Everything was okey, only Our hope had been dancing music on the upper floor (not heavy music). |

It's OK. But the security situation in the lobby is questionable because something seems to fall down and the support is not good enough to handle that. Gym is not open. |

location, great window view to the Old City, comfortable room, generous breakfast the only smoking area I found in the hotel was in the corner of the bar (26th floor) and had a size of a prison punishment cell with appropriate comfort |

fitness center and sauna in the highest floor of hotel were one of the bests I have seen in hotels around the world, Sky bar was nice. My room was in 3 rd floor and so I couldn´t feel the highness of the hotel. Otherwise room was good. |

Central location . We had a €450 pair of sunglasses stolen from the hotel room and have been on to the hotel four times since we returned and noone is returning calls or realising they have a serious problem with their cleaning staff. |

However I had received a room with 5 m view to the other side of the street. When I complaint the answer was that my room was OK as it would cost as much as the room I had paid as the room would be bigger. Only after further discussion I got a new room on 22nd floor.
