The room was nice, clean, sunny, warm, beautiful view from the window, private parking was very useful, great location (shopping malls, city center, area around). 4th floor, quite small for company more than 2 people.

This apartment is brilliant! Very modern, stylish and clean, not to mention there was a shopping centre about a 3 minute walk away which had everything you need (shopping, food, supermarket, currency exchange). Not to mention Natalia was the nicest host you could ever ask for. She was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to make sure that we got to the apartment quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Riga! The duvet was a bit warm, so we were hot at night but other than that it was perfect!!

A brand new modern studio apartment with an excellent bathroom. The fold down bed had a very good mattress. Big windows let in fresh air on summer evenings. A good supermarket nearby. The owner is very proud of her apartment and very helpful regarding everything, including booking taxis. No elevator and it was hard to drag heavy wheelie luggage to the fourth (third in Australia) floor. The location is a bit dull and local lads sometimes use the road as a speed strip. Many people are happy to walk across the bridge to the Old Town but my husband has a foot problem, so we caught the bus one stop.

Для начала - большое спасибо Наталье, хозяйке апартаментов, которая сопровождала наш отдых он-лайн и сделала его максимально комфортным! В квартире идеальная частота. Для меня, аллергика, это очень важно! Подушки, матрас, все в идеальном порядке, удобные и не аллергенные. На кухне есть сахар, соль, кофе, чай. Полный набор посуды на 2-3 человек, чайник, кофеварка, тостер, микроволновка. В ванной - все необходимые принадлежности и целый набор полотенец. Есть стиральная машина и запас порошка. Дом очень тихий, вечером никто не мешал отдыхать. Подъезд закрыт на кодовый замок. Рядом торговый комплекс Олимпия, где есть большой супермаркет Rimi, кафе и магазин Дзинтарс (рекомендую!). До старого города можно дойти пешком за 10 минут, через Вантовый мост. Из аэропорта удобно добираться на маршрутках AirBaltiс , их остановка как раз в 100 метрах от апартов, около гостиницы Island (только надо позвонить диспетчеру, что бы и на обратном пути вас оттуда забрали). Нам все очень понравилось! Порекомендую знакомым, да и сами в следующий раз - только сюда.

замечательные апартаменты! всё самое необходимое для отдыха в2 и семьёй. тихо. очень уютно и ухоженно. солнечная сторона, вид на вантовый мост. очень красиво! спасибо, наталье - общительной и радушной хозяйке!

удачное месторасположение: до старого города 15 минут пешком через вантовый мост - за неделю ни разу не захотелось проехаться на автобусе, хотя гуляли много! очень порадовала близость бассейна с сауной (разовое посещение в дневное время 5 лат, вечером и в выходные 6 лат). отличный прием, все аккуратно и уютно, все продумано, чтобы было комфортно отдыхать.

Прекрасные аппартамены с прекрасным оборудованием и расположением. Не далеко торговый центр с большим продуктовым, рядом есть бассейн и удобная бесплатная парковка. Очень дружелибный и ответственный персонал. Нам дали прекрасные комментарии по поводу города и его достопримечательностей. Всё было замечательно.

Мы были в конце марта 2013. Отличная квартира-студия! Кухня со всем необходиым (плита, СВЧ...), стиральная машина, кабельное телевидение, WI-FI. Все новое, прекрасный ремонт. Наличие собственной подземной парковки (бесплатной)!. Прекрасное расположение. Тихо. Если кому принципиально-нет лифта (4этаж). Доброжелательная, заботливая и радушная хозяйка Наталия, готовая помочь чем только может... Рекомендуем!

Нам все очень понравилось, приветливая хозяйка, чистота и удобство апартаментов, наличие парковки. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть большой торговый центр, а прямо под окнами спортивный клуб и бассеин. Если для кого- то это важно, то апартаменты находятся на 4 этаже и нет лифта и до старого города пешком не очень близко.

Отличные апартаменты, есть все необходимое для достойного и приятного отдыха. Рядом находится торговый комплекс Olimpia с магазинами различного ассортимента и кафе. До старого города пешком через мост минут 15-20, хотя были в марте, это не сколько не утруждало. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке Наталие, встретила, приветила, всячески готова помочь. В общем остались очень довольны, рекомедуем. Недостатков нет.

Personeel of diensten n.v.t. aangezien het een 1-kamerappartement betreft. Ruime badkamer met wasmachine, ruime living met uitklabaar 2-persoons bed, salontafel, uit te vouwen als eettafel en keukenblok: op 37 vierkante meter prima appartement. Let op: appartement ligt op 3e etage, geen lift! 4 minuten van bushalte, vanwaar vrijwel continu bussen naar het centrum (3 minuten rijtijd). Uitgebreid winkelcentrum op 350 m met eetgelegenheid. Tip: ga eens dineren bij het Islande hotel ernaast op de 9e of 10e etage: schitterend uitzicht op de oude stad.

Мы жили в этих апартаментах в августе 2012 - это хорошая квартира-студия! Жили с женой и дочерью 5 лет в течении недели. В студии оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина, кабельное телевидение, интернет WI-FI.Все чистое и новое - очень приятно! Очень порадовало наличие собственной подземной парковки - для нас это было актуально.Расположение апартаментов оптимально - транспорт и крупный универмаг в шаговой доступности, до центра одна остановка на автобусе, но под окнами нет шума и суеты. Хозяева апартаментов очень радушные и стараются окружить гостей максимальной заботой. Рекомендуем!

Очень хорошие апартаменты, чисто, уютно, современный дизайн. Квартира оборудована хорошей бытовой техникой. Удобное местоположение. Все очень понравилось. Находится на 4 этаже, лифта нет. Для кого-то это может быть проблемой. Нет детской кроватки для совсем маленьких, нужно иметь с собой
