free simple breakfast, rooms just as expected, very friendly staff, cosy atmosphere, very good location

shower facilities could have been a bit bigger, room was a bit dark, WiFi was very weak in our room (at the very end of the corridor)

Location is absolutely perfect for Old Town sightseeing, nightlife, connection to the airport, bus station, railway station.

Well-managed. Enough bathrooms and shower rooms. You pay what you get.

I lived in the room next to the reception, the isolation of the room is really bad and you can hear everything outside. The entrance is hidden inside McDonald and difficult to find.

Very friendly and proffesional staff, after booking they sent a "paper" with description of how to find hostel with all the options, was very helpful! Clean and comfortable room and showers. Guests can use kitchen to make coffee/tea, snacks and more! It was first time for me at hostel in 6beds room and i dont have any dissapointments.

Location: proximity to bus terminal, shopping complex, cinemas and restaurants. Breakfast, though minimal, has a wide range of spreads.

Life does not work after 9 pm, so you need to take the stairs to the 4th floor. The way the lounge is built, it is not possible to relax. We had to book for another night as out bus left late, and using the lounge wasn't easy.

Nice services and comfortable

This is a really nice and not expensive hostel very close to railway station. There was bunch of young people stayed in the same day as we are so we had a chance to chat with them in the morning and had lunch todether. Lunch also was as nice as simple.

1.It was specified in the site that room I booked is double room with facilites inside. But in reality it was just room with shared bathroom. 2. Students from neibour room had party all night ))

I liked breakfast and people I met during it. Its very home-like atmosphere with sofa, kitchen, tv and all staff you need to prepare a meal! My room was not big but very enough for 1 person. Very close to railway station and Cinema! I was lucky to come to Riga at Independence day so I managed to see even Fireworks! )))

I would better make shower more cosy with some racks and hooks for clothe and other things! some carpet on the floor. At shower it was quite cold so I didn't even take a shower. My towel didn't look so new, sorry.

The staff is extremely friendly. Besides for a guy who was there once... really quiet... They are always smiling and trying to help you out. The transfer that they arrange (for 10 lts) from the airport to the hostel was also really good. The driver (funny russian guy) was really helpful and friendly, telling a bit about the city, culture and so on. The room (we got a private room) was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Seriously it did not look like a hostel room. The hostel in general is really clean, you can walk on your socks with no regrets. I totally recommend it!

Breakfast is not that great at all. Just cereal, milk, bread and jelly. No cheese, no fruits... that was definitely a minus point. :( Also there were 2 or 3 showers broken.
